Settle into a comfortable, thoughtfully prepared Spanish-style home in Klamath Falls’ charming Pacific Terrace neighborhood. This home offers a quiet, walkable setting close to downtown, Sky Lakes Medical Center, and Oregon Institute of Technology, making it a great fit for traveling professionals, visiting families, and guests seeking a calm, easy place to stay.

Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen designed for everyday cooking and longer stays. The home retains its classic charm while offering a comfortable, functional layout and cozy furnishings that make it easy to relax, work, or unwind.

Two bedrooms each offer queen beds and comfortable sleeping spaces, and high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workspace supports remote work or extended visits. One bathroom is located between the bedrooms, all on the main entry level of the home.

Laundry is available on site in the basement. Portions of the basement are reserved for owner storage; however, additional games and activities are also located there and can be made available to guests upon request. The garage door remains closed at all times for security and is secured/locked from the inside.

Outside, enjoy a spacious backyard with a swing set, offering a nice place to step out, stretch, or enjoy fresh air during your stay. The home is pet-friendly, and we appreciate thoughtful care of the space so it remains comfortable for all guests. The quiet neighborhood sits on a hill, providing added privacy and a peaceful setting; the incline is steep and worth noting for those planning walks or winter travel.

The home is carefully cleaned and prepared between each guest, and cleaning supplies are available for added peace of mind. We are local and always available if anything needs attention during your stay.

Winter note: The home is located on a hill. AWD or 4WD is recommended during snowy conditions. City plowing is provided, though occasional delays may occur.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure you have returned the spare key if used.
Please make sure the backyard outside light (located right out the back door) is off. The switch is the 2nd switch from the door as you go down the stairs to the basement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn side yard light off at night. It shines in our neighbor's window if left on.
Be cautious of locking yourself out of the house. The front door locks automatically. Backup key in contractor box on side of house, same code.

This was an amazingly clean home and super comfortable. It's well-furnished with a lot to offer in the kitchen for cooking and eating in. The only downfall during our stay: One of the bedrooms has sheers for curtains and they don't offer much shade from the morning sun. I would stay here again for sure, if the opportunity presented itself.

Why they chose this property

We fell in LOVE with this house the first time we laid eyes on it. As the cards would fall, the home ended up being on the market and ready to roll when we were ready to purchase. Greg got started right away on remodeling and I started cleaning, furnishing and giving our new little nest some love. We think it turned out pretty awesome and we hope you do too! Someday we will live at the Huron house permanently so enjoy it while you can :)

What makes this property unique

The unique Spanish-style of the home isn't found many places on Pacific Terrace or even in Klamath Falls for the that matter. It stands out, and sort of hangs on the cliff overlooking the Terrace and downtown. You can see all the way South to Hwy 140 from the back yard and it so peaceful back there. We love the swingset and rockwork in the huge back yard too!
Super close to downtown and all our favorite places. Easy to commute from here, to Hwy 97 or Hwy 140, North, East, South and West. Super close to Oregon Institute of Technology and the hospital, Sky Lakes Medical Center.
Last but definitely not least, it's on the Terrace (Pacific Terrace that is). It's kind of a big deal around here, we both have always wanted to own a home on the Terrace, not just because its popular, but because of the character in pretty much every home in the area. The pride of ownership screams in this neighborhood and it is so quirky, fun and safe. One of the best elementary schools in the City is located on Pacific Terrace, creating a really homey, classic charm feel. We love everything about this house; location, views charm and so much more!
