We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, comfortable, and bright, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after long days out. Our group included 6 adults and 3 children, and the house worked very well for all of us.We were in town for a Ranger graduation, and the location could not have been better. It was very convenient for getting onto base, and we also loved being so close to downtown restaurants. There were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, which made everything easy during our stay. The outside porch and backyard were lovely and gave us a great place to relax together. The neighborhood was very nice and we always felt safe. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
It was fantastic and great location. A few suggestions: each room could use a place to put the luggage instead of the floor; hooks on the door to hang items and an ironing board for the house. A wonderful stay.
Shopping nearby was very convenient. Lovely neighborhood close to walking parks and shopping. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay at this property if available when we return.
This was a great house for our extended family get together. The house was spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.
This charming property was so incredibly beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet, boasting historic charm at every turn. It was close to a grocery store or two and the highway was very accessible. The hosts were incredible and so friendly and accommodating. When we visit the area again, we will definitely revisit this property.
The location overall was great. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, and highway access. The house itself fit our large family. It was clean, beds were comfortable. The only thing I wish the house did have was a mop, or we couldn’t locate it. With little kids we had some spills on the floor, it would have been nice to have a mop to clean up. Overall, recommend!
Highly convenient location for base visits, downtown outings, Publix for provisions.Beds are very comfortable and house great for up to 8 adults. Everything worked! The light switches were labled! It was a very good choice for us. Thank you!

There was absolutely no hot water. We came in straight from a funeral visitation and EVERYONE was wanting to shower. Another thing was there wasn't clear instructions on turning th downstairs heat on. It was in the 40's outside temperature. The owner of the house stopped all communication with us until the next day. He wasn't helpful at all which left us very frustrated. He did finally send a heatingand air technician the next day very late morning. He flipped a switch and the water became lukewarm...never got. When the plumber came to check out the wall mounted water heater he told us the owner was aware of hot water issues for a while. The house was exactly what we be exed with plenty of beds, nice neighborhood and central location but the owners refusal to deal with the issues until the next

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the hot water and heating during your stay, especially given the difficult circumstances. We did approve your requested early check-in at noon, but understand you didn’t arrive until after 9 PM, with the first message coming in at 9:45 PM. The heating issue was not reported until the following morning, we provided the location of the labeled thermostat so you could adjust the temperature, but still arranged for our HVAC company to visit when you reported it wasn’t working properly. The HVAC Company indicated there was no issue with the heat when he arrived. We regret any frustration caused by the afterhours communication, and appreciate you highlighting the positives of the home and neighborhood.
