The space
The living room is open and spacious, with large couches, a coffee table and a large TV with HD channels and Netflix/Amazon Prime, etc. Just insert your account and tune in to your shows after a long day out and about.

The resort itself offers a large pool area, with several-sized pools to choose from, including a children's pool with a large water slide and lazy river: both of which are heated. Perfect for kids and families. Additionally, you'll find a state-of-the-art fitness center for use during your stay, which boasts a sauna, spa, gymnasium, steam room, hot tub and showers. You'll also find an arcade/games room for the children as well!

Please note:
- Toiletries like shampoo/conditioner (besides toilet paper) are not included.
- The townhome will be cleaned prior to arrival, as well as after. For longer stays, cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
- There is no BBQ set outdoors.
- There are 'quiet hours' at the Resort, from 9pm-7am, to ensure a welcoming family-friendly stay.
- Regal Palms Resort and Spa charges a Guest Resort Fee of $21/day (plus tax). This charge is per stay, not per guest, and is due upon checking into the resort. It includes towel service, 24 hour security, WiFi, staffing at the pool and on-site programs.

The house is yours to use! Including the patio. Just please note any type of grilling/BBQ is not allowed on the premises.

Other things to note:
PARKING: Parking is permitted only on the designated driveway. Parking is not allowed on the street or on the grass to prevent damage to the irrigation, sprinklers and utilities lines. Trailers, RVs, and oversize vehicles are not permitted inside the community. Any vehicle that is in violation of this policy may be towed at the owner’s expense.
