We had a blast with our large extended family! The house was very clean and spacious, with two large master suites on the main floor. Useful details: we cook a lot as a family, and the house had plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, Crock pots, blenders, keurigs, drip coffee makers, can opener, cake pans, mixing bowls, muffin tins, microwaves, large ice maker, etc. We successfully used three pressure-pad baby gates 30-46” wide (Cumbor brand) on the stairs to protect our little ones. There are three laundry areas and three huge refrigerators. Some bathrooms have tubs, others have walk in showers. The bedrooms have small closets and no dressers, which wasn’t a big deal for us, and the beds were so comfortable. The theater and game room were big hits when it rained, and they seemed pretty well sound-insulated from the rest of the house. The pool is toddler friendly with a shallow shelf and stairs. The gorgeous beach is wide and clean, and can be seen even from inside the house. We saw lots of dolphins and pelicans every day. Bonus: we watched sea turtles hatch and run into the gulf on our last night!The owner was very kind and responsive. Overall a comfortable, happy experience, and we’ll be back to visit again!

Grandma’s 70th birthday

Check in was super easy. Email and txt communications were great. As large as the house is, we would have liked some larger frying pans or at least more of them. We also had repair people show up early unannounced two days in a row, which we didn’t care for. The rooms were comfy but you could hear everything from every room. The home was beautiful and room for all of us
