Great stay, the room was a little dirty, the pool had lots of floaties and debris/hair! Biggest thing I’d say is lots of bugs! But that just could be the state of Florida. Overall 4/5 stay! Would definitely book again just at a better rate.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you would consider booking with us again. We appreciate your feedback regarding the cleanliness and pool, and this have already been addressed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. As for the bugs, Florida's warm, tropical climate can certainly make them more common, especially during certain times of the year, despite regular pest control treatments. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

The main community pool was very nice. The Secondary pool was not good at all. There were some chairs but most of them were ripped and unable to sit on. Water in the secondary pool was very cold. We didn't stay there long. The Condo location was great, There was plenty of space for everyone although all the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning.( or replaced) Some of us brought slippers and those who didn't went out and bought some. The master bedroom in the pictures has the bed on risers. Those are gone and the bed is very low to the floor. Making it hard for anyone with a bad back or knees to get up. It is a nice condo in general , just needs TLC though out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the community pool, the convenient location, and found the condo spacious for your group. We also appreciate your constructive comments regarding the carpets, furnishings, and the secondary community pool. While the condition of the community amenities is managed by the HOA and is unfortunately beyond our control, we have shared your feedback with them. Your comments about the condo have also been passed along to our team, and we continue to make updates and improvements as part of our ongoing maintenance efforts. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
