Excellent property within walking distance of downtown. Easy parking. Hosts provided clear instructions and were easy to contact during the stay, Two bathrooms with large showers were a plus. We will definitely try to book again whenever we visit Wilmington.

The apt was gorgeous, spacious, cozy and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was awesome and easy walk to all the restaurants and downtown Wilmington and the riverwalk. We were looking for a place with parking so that worked out great as well. Jody was on top of all communication and was a great host. Would def recommend this property and will stay here when we're back in the area. Loved it! Thank you!

Palazzo Sul Monte-Due was wonderful. The condo is luxurious - beautifully decorated, spacious, very comfortable bed and living room furniture, and big beautiful windows. The location to downtown couldn't be any better. I would definitely rent this condo again. Five Stars all the way!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a converted historic home in downtown Wilmington NC! The location couldn't have been more perfect - everything from shops and restaurants to local markets was just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.Our host was fantastic- always in communication and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay in the heart of Wilmington.
