Perfect getaway in the heart of ATL! Our 3-story townhome is in a gated community, with 3 bedrooms (each with private baths), work space, and pullout couch on the lower level. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, peaceful views from 2 decks and smart TVs in every room. Our neighborhood market is a 5-7 minute walk. With the Chattahoochee River and hiking trail 1 mile away plus top Atlanta attractions just a 20 minute drive, this townhome is your ideal home base for your stay in the "A."
The space
Our spacious 1,580 square foot townhouse has four floors, one standard king bed, one queen bed, and one twin XL bed. The basement also has a 55 inch smart TV, a pullout bed and work station. Streaming Apps installed on all 5 Smart TVs and require personal App sign ons for use. Hardwood floors throughout home with granite countertops in kitchen. Select books and board games are also available for your leisure. Townhouse has an attached single car garage plus one designated outside parking spot.

Take in the fresh air and beautiful views from two private decks, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Our beautiful townhome is conveniently located across the street from a charming neighborhood market, perfect for picking up freshly butchered meat, premium seafood and other local goods. A quaint coffee shop is just a 10-minute walk away, providing a cozy spot for your morning brew. For more extensive shopping and dining options, a variety of grocery stores and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive from your doorstep.

This place was absolutely beautiful. It was a 10 out of 10 for sure nicely located to all the things in Atlanta.We were there for a trade show, but didn’t need for anything. The house was well kept in a gated area.Will definitely be back again

If you want Atlanta but then want to slip out of the hustle and bustle of the city , without going far, this is for you!!! It was wonderful. We got our fill of the city then could go relax in a quiet neighborhood. Walking in this townhouse was like stepping in a “home away from home”. Communication with host was amazing. Everything we needed, the property had. Super easy location for getting groceries and such. All around amazing experience. This would be a great place also if traveling in for working in Atlanta for a few weeks. Especially if you have a family of preteens/ teens that traveled with you. Mine enjoyed the place immensely.
