Artful casita in a quiet, convenient location. Tastefully decorated with local art, comfy mattress/bedding, full size fridge & every kitchen amenity needed for meals (if you choose to eat in). Nice assortment of coffees, teas, etc. Loved the hot tub after a long day on the Plaza. It was a little cool to enjoy the patio area (and grill), but I'm sure it would be lovely when tidied up in season.

Very cute well appointed property with the largest benefit being so close to the plaza. Amy was very responsive and kind. The only reason I did not rate all 5 stars is due to the glitchy door lock that we never did get the hang of, and not a super well maintained hot tub. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Our adobe casita was in a great neighborhood within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions. It was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a dedicated parking spot. And the communication with the host, Amy, was excellent! We highly recommend it!

The location of the property can't be beat and was easy walking distance to the Plaza and lots of shops and restaurants. The casa was cute and I loved the tile in kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the host was excellent. There were a few things that were a bit of a surprise. I did not realize the hot tub was in a shared area with several other casas on the property, I feel like this was not clearly explained in the listing and was a bit of a disappointment as privacy is important to me. The actual patio of the casa was fairly overgrown and messy and did not live up to the expectations of the pictures shown in the listing. The couch in the casa was not the same as the pictures and was very small and uncomfortable. Also the bed is really small, I am pretty sure it is only a full, the listing does not indicate the size. It is a historic property so I get it but it was smaller than I was expecting and was interesting to navigate with two full grown adults.

This was one of our favorite VRBO spots ever! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars every night. The casita was classic Santa Fe and beautifully decorated. The very clean and very hot, hot tub was a blessing after a day of hiking! The patio was secluded and romantic. Amy, the owner, was wonderful and very responsive. Just can't say enough...It was the perfect SF casita for 2!

Clean, cozy and well situated to downtown and Rail Yard areas of Santa Fe. Nice outdoor space for coffee/tea in the morning. Soft towels, bed linens, and great pillows (this is a make or break for me ;-). Amy was super helpful with checkin and available via text or app if needed. Absolutely take the 2 minute walk to Dolina's cafe and bakery-amazing!! Highly recommend this sweet little spot in lovely Santa Fe.
