With 60' of waterfrontage on Keuka Lake, the cottage provides spectacular views and ample room for relaxation both inside and out. Sit on the porch and watch the sunrise over the bluff. The outdoor living space features a lush lawn and a permanent dock that enhances the outdoor lake experience. The shale beach area is perfect for entering the water.

The cottage itself is a charming 2br/1ba home that can comfortably sleep 6. A kitchen and living room can be found downstairs. Upstairs, a large w/king bed overlooks the water. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds. A full bathroom with laundry adds convenience.

Located on the West side of the Lake, this updated cottage is right on the water's edge. Your days can be filled with beautiful sunrises, fishing from the dock, swimming, canoeing, and kayaking.
