We have been coming to Italy since 1998 and always dreamed of buying a villa. We found our slice of paradise and did a full reconstruction on it to what it is today. It is the perfect place to get away from it all, but you can still visit many locations in the region easily if you so desire. We love to travel, eat great food and drink great wine and we found it all in Montepulciano. We love sharing our little town with people and the Italian way of life.
Why they chose this property
We are right outside the walls of Montepulciano down in the valley. You can walk uphill into town or down the street to one of our favorite restaurants or to a little bar that also sells hot food for dining there or take out. It is very peaceful.
What makes this property unique
Villa Nobile has it all! We have a beautiful villa with all the amenities that you could wish for. An infinity edge pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, yard games, 4 bikes for guests, outstanding views, a washer and dryer, a gourmet kitchen and much more. Plus, if you so desire you can walk up into town or up the street for a morning coffee, an apertivo in the evening or dinner.
