Cozy and bright 6-bedroom house in Renton
Bring your kids and friends to hang out at our bright, clean, and spacious home with beautiful decor, enough plates to feed an army, and a bed for everyone. Kids of all ages will enjoy hanging out in the beautiful backyard and checking out the tomatoes and herbs in our garden seasonally. You’ll be close to the airport (20 min), grocery stores (5 min), Seattle downtown (30 min), Tacoma (30 min), and nearby parks, trails, and mountain views.
This is a bright 2300 square foot, 6 bedroom, 2 bath home: Queen bed on the main floor; 2 Twin beds in a trundle with desk/office space for working on the main floor; King bed and crib (bring your own crib sheets) upstairs*; 2 Full beds and changing station (pad available upon request) upstairs*. Full kitchen has a large fridge. 75" TV with streaming services available for login. King bed in basement bedroom and 4 twin beds in second basement bedroom. Basement bathroom includes twin vanity and washer/dryer. Basement theater room with projector for fun family movie nights!
*Please note that given this house was built in the 1920s, the stairwell to the top floor is a bit steeper and a bit more narrow than you might see in a more modern construction.

We love our neighborhood because it is safe and has quick access to highways straight to the airport, Seattle and Tacoma, and nearby grocery. There is a great park just around the corner from the house that our kids love. We live next door to the house you will stay in, so you can tell we love it here!
