About this space
This is a cute second story guesthouse. Its’s very private, located on our 83+ acre vineyard/ranch. We have a 6 acre working vineyard and commercially growing Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Muscat Canelli

The guesthouse has recently been up-dated and is light, airy with many up-scale features and amenities. It’s a very private setting with no immediate neighbors. There are approximately 140 wineries within a 25 mile radius of our place.
Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the upper guesthouse. The lower portion of the guesthouse is unoccupied and is used for wine and equipment storage.

Harvey was extremely communicative and offered a tour of the property, which was fantastic. Nancy has created a space that comfortable and inviting. We had several nice surprises awaiting us on arrival.

We had a lovely visit! The hosts were friendly and welcoming, they even treated us to a tour around the property and taught us to use a saber to open champagne and how to make fresh ricotta cheese! The guest house was gorgeous, clean and well-appointed. Our hosts thought of every detail to make our stay wonderful! They even provided fresh eggs, beverages, and a bottle of wine (made from grapes from their property!) to make our stay extra special! We plan to return sometime soon and we highly recommend staying at Linebarier Vinyards!

I've been fortunate to travel throughout the country and stay in many vacation rentals. Linebarier is the only one I've ever been back to for a second stay (and I plan on continuing to come visit!). Harvey and Nancy are outstanding hosts that communicate extremely well and provide personal touches that make you feel very welcome. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is memorable. The space is very comfortable and well-appointed. I enjoy that you can sit out on the deck for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee and listen to the sounds of nature, rather than city or town noises. It's a great way to recharge and relax!

This was our third stay at this location and as always, the location, amenities, and the host are top notch. Beautiful location to get some R&R and close enough to farmer's markets, hiking, Apple Hill, and wineries.
