My name is Nanette. I have hosted guests for 7 years and enjoy meeting all the guests that stay. Originally from the bay area I transplanted here in 1989.
Why they chose this property
Grizzly Flats is adjacent to the El Dorado National Forest. There are tall pine, cedar and oak on the property and plenty of fresh air.
What makes this property unique
The suite is nestled in the forest. It's peaceful and quiet. Close enough to visit Lake Tahoe yet everything you need to stay in for the weekend. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need like refridigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, waffle iron plus plus plus. The bubble bath is provided for the jetted jacuzzi. There is a pool table, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, corn hole game, horseshoe pit and even a hammock. You can roast marshmellows in the fire pit in the yard. Villa Lanza is a lovely getaway.
