The host was super nice and informative. The home was as described and a very comfortable setting. Plenty of room for all of us (8 adults and 7 children ages 1 thru 10). Plenty of parking ( 4 cars) and the rooms with the bunk beds were great! I recommend bringing your own pillows and some extra bath towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies! The host provided more than adequate paper supplies which was very thoughtful. Easy walk to the beach as you would expect! Overall a great time by our family!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. The hose was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. Every one loved the hot tub. We look forward to our next stay!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay. The property was as described and the property managers were fast to respond to messages. Even the amenities provided were more than normally provided by other places I have stayed. We even experienced a power outage (transformer fire nearby), and the owners were very proactive with communicating updates. I highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was well provisioned, very clean, and had plenty of room for our group to spread out. Mary, the host, was very responsive, and answered all our questions immediately.

We enjoyed our stay at the Innisfree so much! The house was beautiful with gorgeous ocean views, plenty of parking, and lots of things to do including a pool table, foosball, hot tub and pool. We loved the kitchen, it was modern, large, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The property was big and roomy but felt cozy with comfy couches, nice decor, good lighting and comfortable beds. Excellent host communication as well.

We had a really nice Christmas vacation here! The big kitchen counter space with 2 ovens worked wonders for us, plenty of space for multiple people to be cooking at the same time. The kitchen had all of your necessities like seasonings, lots of baking dishes, a crockpot, cooking oils and more. We also appreciated the two kitchen tables since we had so many people in the house, it fit us well! The house was stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, batteries, soap, shampoo/conditioner, a high chair, games and more, making traveling for the holidays a little easier. The views from this house are outstanding, and the screened in porch was a favorite of ours on the warmer days. The house was very clean and in good condition. The only negatives were that the two queen beds were very noisy (box springs) and I’d highly recommend that every person bring their own pillow. Otherwise, everyone was raving about the house and was happy with our decision to book it for our family gathering!

Location and layout good but dirty and deteriorated

Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good news - property manager was very responsive. Overall extremely disappointed for the price we paid for the rental.

We had the cleaner ready to return and sent a handyman to address the issues—including the screened porch, which is now fixed—but I know that doesn’t undo the frustration. What a beautiful beach vacation home! We loved everything about it, especially the ocean views and easy access to the beach. The home is huge and well stocked with everything you might need. The host was quick to respond to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this property.

The house was beautiful. and the location could not have been better! It was certainly large enough for the whole family (seven adults and two children). Everyone had their own space and even on the cold rainy day, there was enough to do and entertain us that we did not have to leave the house. The kitchen was well equipped making group meals very easy.

We had an excellent and outstanding stay at this beach house. The number of bedrooms and their locations were perfect for our multi-generational family. The view of the ocean on the back deck was spectacular. The screened-in porch was enjoyed by many of us on a windy day. It is a perfect reading spot! The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with cookware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cooking utensils, etc. The hot tub and pool are wonderful. We especially appreciated the locking gate to the pool so we did not have to worry about our little grandson getting into the area. We loved having a private pathway to the beach. The host was very responsive to our questions. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had such a great time visiting Sandbridge Beach and staying at this house that we've already booked it for next summer!
