Unit was perfect for our couples vacation, 4 of us shared the unit for a week. Very clean through out. Kitchen well equipped and easy for several of us to be in at the same time. We enjoyed watching the sun go down while relaxing on the large balcony, with beautiful ocean views by day. A small market was across the road, with a slightly larger one around the corner, and a large grocery store less than 10 min drive. A short walk down our quite street to multi restaurants and the beach. Estabon, the property manager, greeted us at the security gate when we arrived, and was attentive and responsive to any questions we had; we had a small plumbing issue and Estabon had it repaired same day. The pool area was lovely, the water just the right temperature for warm day. We will pleased to be able to charge our electric car each night, charger right at our parking spot. We were all extremely delighted with our stay and would highly recommend to others, without a doubt!

The location was fantastic. I took a chance on a property that didnt have many photos and reviews and it was a 10 out of 10! About 1.5 blocks from the beach and across the street from the condo complex is a great restaurant (patacones for the win!). There is also a mini market across the street that I would pop down to for coffee and breakfast foods. This room had a beach side view which was so lovely for morning coffee on the patio and evening sunset watching. The house was clean and comfortable. AC worked great, wifi worked great. The house came with beach towels which was very helpful. Condo pool was amazing with lounge chairs. The pool was never busy, people were friendly and respectful of one another at the pool. I really appreciated having a small gym on premise too with a bike, elliptical (i think), treadmill, free weights and a few weight machines. Esteban was super friendly and responsive to my many texts. I somehow missed the directions to the house upon my arrival and he texted me immediately to help me navigate to the house. No issues at all. He was friendly and personable checking in on me prior to and during my stay. I visited with my two sons and the room with the two twin beds was perfect for them (beds also had trundle pull outs in case there were more people visiting). And I had my own master suite. This was just a perfect place in paradise. Highly recommend!
