Las Brisas Condo is a easy 50 meter walk to the soft sands beaches of Playa Hermosa- a certified blue flag beach! 2000 square foot ground level condo with a large patio overlooking a practically private large salt water pool. The pool is shared with only 4 condos which are rarely all occupied. Walking distance to a dozen restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Property manager on site. Gym included at Condovac Resort next door plus additional restaurants and amenities. Only 20 min from airport!
