Why they chose this property

We are found right at the crest of the Eastern Continental Divide in the middle of the rural Appalachians. The Divide Tunnel under McKenzie Hollow Road is a short 2 minute bike ride from us. We are conveniently located approximately midway between Meyersdale, PA and Frostburg, MD.
