We own both top-floor condos- rent both for 6 BR 4BA!

Beautifully appointed 3 BR 2 BA condo with huge 12x15 oceanfront covered balcony. Polywood table with 6 chairs for relaxing and enjoying a book, drink, or a crab feast!
Tile floors throughout the condo make cleaning a breeze

We provide 4 beach chairs, a real wood pole beach umbrella, boogie boards and misc sand toys for our guests.

This was one of the best pet friendly rentals I’ve ever had. Way more than enough space for a 4 person family trip with two dogs. Could definitely comfortably accommodate more people. Clean on arrival considering it was right off the beach and pet friendly. It was great and host was very responsive. Well stocked with enough essentials for a short stay, eg paper towels, garbage bags, etc.

This place was the nastiest place we have ever stayed. It really was dirty, not cleaned before we got there. Both bathrooms smelled like cigarettes and were nasty. A lot of the lights did not work and it was a lot more than the bulbs, a fire hazard waiting to happen. The back door frame was so rusted you could not lock the door. When we got there the floor had so much sand on it, and the deck had 5” high piles of sand on it. There was no cleaning products. The kitchen garbage was like a cabinet drawer, when you opened it had all old dried up garbage on it and the garbage can had dried up garbage all over the bottom. The air worked great but I couldn’t control it, my wife froze the whole time. It was cold. Everything was very dated except for the kitchen which had ok appliances, and every thing was dirty except for the fridge and the microwave. It looked like mold in the main bedroom by the ac vent. It was just shabby and dirty.

It was a good stay. The location and the view from balcony was the best part. We really enjoyed eating our meals outside. Our family had a great time there.
