Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter boat fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, one of a kind restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet mall, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

The property was fine, the location was great, the pools were clean, and the unit was very well equipped.On the downside:Upon arrival we checked in with a person at security to get a parking form. He was one of the more disagreeable people I have dealt with while checking in to any unit; later, my son and wife had a similar run-in with this individual-getting the same treatment. After this day we didn't see him again, and the women who subsequently staffed the check-in desk couldn't have been nicer. The washing machine needs to be checked as it initially would not go beyond the sensing cycle. We finally got it to run after unplugging it for five minutes and waiting for the sensing cycle to clear (took hours). I have no problem recommending this unit provided the guy at security learns how to be a bit more pleasant to guests.

The condo was clean, security was nice but this is our 7th trip to Orange Beach and our least favorite condo/company to book through. The bathroom towels were thin and scratchy. The kitchen items were lacking and the (2) small kitchen towels didn't really do anything. There were no floor mats which I found odd. I didn't notice the lack of rugs or just entry mats in the pictures and it is inevitable that sand will make its way in so you would think a few mats around the doors would be an obvious "feature." We have never paid for a parking pass before so found that odd. We have also never worn wrist bands which we also did not care for nor did we wear the majority of the time but did keep with us. The condo was fine, just don't think we will book this one again.

Some parking passes can be purchased on-site, while others we’re able to pre-purchase and include in your total, so we aim to make that process as smooth as possible. Regarding early check-in, we did communicate ahead of your arrival that it would not be available in order for our team to properly prepare the condo, especially during peak season when the turnaround is tight. We’re glad we were able to provide a goodwill compensation for the housekeeping concerns you raised and truly regret if the towels, kitchen setup, or lack of entry mats fell short of your expectations. Sand is a tricky guest of its own on the coast—it manages to find its way into every corner—but your point about mats is a fair one, and we’ll review that for future stays. We aim for each visit to feel effortless and enjoyable, and while we’re disappointed to hear this wasn’t your favorite experience in Orange Beach, we truly appreciate your perspective and will use it to improve.

Condo was nice and clean. We did have issues with the washer and dryer while we were there. Dryer got fixed but the washer didn’t and it ruined some of our clothes that were in there from sitting in the washer. Was told it was going to be fixed on Monday but it couldn’t be fixed. Then was told they were getting a new one and would have it on Tuesday, but then got a message that it wasn’t going to be there until Friday. That didn’t do us any good because we left on Wednesday .
