We stayed here to attend a family wedding in the area. It was perfect! Easy to get to in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nicely renovated home! The beds were very comfortable. The queen sofa was definitely firm but expectations from a sofa sleeper are minimal. Very large garage if that is needed. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with and timely to respond. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We’re just a couple blocks from Evergreen Health Group and a quick 3-minute drive to Totem Lake Village, where you’ll find great spots to eat, shop, and grab coffee.

What we really love about this area is how calm and walkable it is—you can take a peaceful morning, unwind in the big, fully fenced backyard as the sun sets, or hop on I-405 for an easy drive into Seattle or Bellevue.
