This beautifully remodeled Booth Creek townhome sits directly above the free in town bus stop (100 yards away) and is located 3.5 miles from Vail. Just off the pedestrian path, guest can enjoy a summer bike ride to the Ford Amphitheater for the free summer concert series or walk to one of the best trail heads Vail has to offer, Booth Falls/Booth Lake, only a 10 minute walk. Take advantage of the Vail Golf Course in the summer and enjoy the cross country and skate skiing track in the winter. There are municipal tennis courts within view of the home.



Upon entering this multi level townhome, you’ll enjoy the open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless GE appliances and cozy bar seating for 2. There is plenty of room to enjoy family style dinners or games at the 6-8 person dining table. The dining area leads to a comfortable deck with mountain views, natural gas grill and table seating for 4 while the living room features a beautiful gas fireplace, flat screen TV and plentiful seating.



The master bedroom loft features a king bed and ensuite bath with single vanity, walk in shower and in floor heat. Retreat to the lowest level of the home to discover the washer & dryer, full bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 & 3 with double vanity, walk in shower and in floor heat. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s.

Enjoyed our stay. The town house was as presented in the description and photos. There was a tennis court across the street which we didn’t know about and wished there were some balls and rackets for use but otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful clean condo. We loved our stay. The only thing we disliked is the entrance was difficult for our 93 year old Father. The unit has no outdoor lighting on side walk to the door. It’s a small concrete walk way up a hill that is difficult for elderly. Otherwise we loved it and would stay here again!!! Great touches with the interior design.

Quiet place

My family and I stayed here for three nights over Spring Break. It was convenient to Vail for skiing. (We drove and parked, but there is a bus stop nearby.) This unit was extremely quiet and very comfortable. The fridge and kitchen drawers could have used a little more attention, but it would not keep me from staying here again. This is a good place!

We had a great stay! Loved the location, just a short drive to Vail village. The house was very well equipped with kitchen items, fans, and even some toiletries we forgot! Lovely stay in Vail

We had a lovely stay in this 3 bedroom townhome near vail village. The information and instructions provided were extremely helpful. The location is perfect for going to Vail village, right on the free bus line, but also just a 5 minute drive to the village. The home was very clean and full of amenities. Communication was also great. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

Excellent property. Has all needed to not miss your home and enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would just change Pillows and give an option to SHARE a hot tub for after skiing. With that, it would be a superb option.

Booth A-2 Townhome Stay

The home is tastefully decorated with a very well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable environment. Super clean with all the amenities needed in the bathrooms, kitchen and dining area. Property management’s communication was awesome! We enjoyed the proximity to the Booth Creek Trailhead. Only .4 miles away. Tennis courts and a great soccer field and park across the street. Great attention to detail!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The place was immaculate, with lots of notes and personal touches that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The master is in a very nice loft with a lot of natural light, which was fine since we’re early risers. Short walk to the bus stop or Ubers are easy to get. Perfect for our family of 5, but would be great for 2-3 couples as well. Hope to stay here again!!

Beautiful home but noisy at night

We loved this house. Beautifully decorated and cozy. The bed in the upstairs master was wonderful. Only a couple of things to note that other guests may want to be aware of before booking. If you plan to cook, bring your own skillets. Those provided were not the best in terms of size/quality. The second item would have been a deal breaker for us had we known beforehand. This home, like many, does not have A/C. The evenings are nice and cool so that wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t hear interstate traffic nonstop throughout the night with the windows open. It became a choice between comfort and quiet, unfortunately.

Early Aug 2022 in Vail at Booth Creek

We had a fantastic experience at the Booth Creek townhome in 2022. Communication by property manager was stellar. Called us before we got there stayed in communication all the way through. We had no operational issues while on our trip. Only recommendation we could make would be adding darker blinds/ curtons to the bottom floor bedrooms for more privacy.

Couple of maintenance issues. the beeping of the co detector was irritating and the fireplace wouldn't turn on until the pilot light was lit, which took a day.

Joseph, we are grateful for the time you took to leave this review of your stay at Booth Creek TH A2. The fireplace issue was reported to us late in the evening when we did not have any staff in the field. Given that this was not an emergency, we sent our staff out the next day to relight the pilot for you. Unfortunately, the pilot went out when the gas to our home was shut off due to a leak elsewhere in the complex. The company forgot to relight it when service was restored prior to your arrival, but we are very sorry that this was missed. We did, however, send someone right away to address the beeping detector, as we understand how irritating that can be! We are disappointed that you didn't have anything positive to say about your stay in our home, as we do pride ourselves on our prompt response times and excellent customer service. Booth Creek

The condo at Booth Creek was beautiful. The only thing we did not like were the skylights in the loft and the lack of a dresser. We basically had to live out of our suitcases for 4 days. We were up every morning at 5:30 am due to the light coming in the skylights. As there was a King size bed in the loft, I assumed it was a master suite. I am unable to change the rating, but I would give it 4 stars.

A little remote neighborhood from Vail

Nice renovated place. Spacious for four people, could have had a couple more. Kitchen was nice and new fully equipped. Spices and Tupperware which was a nice touch. I liked that the unit had safety features like carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers. A few drawbacks. Three mile drive to Vail parking garage. The area is quite remote so when you return home after dark it is quite dark. You have to go up a steep path to the entrance of the unit which is in the back of the property. You can’t see that in the pictures. This is a town house, it wasn’t quite clear in description. We just left and it was quite warm in the unit. Inside temperature 85 every day when we returned from our daily outing. Had to break open all the window and place the one box fan in the opening of the sliding door to cool the place down. Bathroom windows in the loft do not have screens. The whole house has very thin blinds which isn’t a problem for the middle and third floor but a problem for the basement rooms. You can totally see through them at night which was a problem for my teen girls at night. Really should consider darker blinds. The beds on the bottom floor squeak really loud with every move. I slept their a couple of nights and it totally kept me up. Also, had a little friend in the bed one night. Small black spider! Lastly, The front door is hard to lock and comes without any instructions. Had to have someone stand outside for several minutes while we figured out how to lock the door.

We are very glad that you found our home to be nicely renovated and your family found plenty of room to spread out. We are delighted that our well appointed kitchen met all of your cooking needs. We are sorry that you did not like the location of our home. Some people very much enjoy the peace and quiet that this neighborhood offers, but it is a little ways from the hustle and bustle of the Village. We do mention in the written description of our listing that this property is a townhome and have also included a multitude of pictures showing the outside of the property, however, we know it is impossible to capture everything in pictures. Unfortunately, most mountain residences, including this one, do not have air conditioning. While we do mention this in our listing, we know the Valley has experienced some unusually hot days this summer. We hope the provided fans in each bedroom as well as the cooler night temperatures helped to keep you comfortable. Thank you for letting us know about your concern with the blinds. We understand how this could be problematic and will be looking into alternative options. We also appreciate your feedback on the squeaky beds. Perhaps some bolts have just loosened a bit and it will be an easy fix! We would have been more than happy to send someone right away to look at both of these issues for you during your stay. Unfortunately, it’s all too easy for bugs and spiders to find their way in to a home when people are coming and going, especially during hiking season. I’ve had quite a few this summer myself! Eep! Thank you so much for letting us know about your complications with the door lock. We are working on adding this information to our Guidebook to ensure peace of mind for our future guests. We wouldn’t have thought of it without you bringing it to our attention, so we do appreciate it!
