Nice house

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is a little worn but other than that it was good. Plenty of room. Pool was very nice. We loved the view out the back overlooking the pond. It's nice not having any house right behind you.

Nice Home

The home is very spacious and clean. The pool is a great size for both young children and adults. The neighbors are not too close so you have some privacy. There is security at the entrance so it gives you peace of mind. The neighborhood was quiet and kept clean.

Very nice home

This house was perfect for us. Loved the floor plan and the quiet community. The home was very clean and the pool was beautiful. The kitchen cookware needs to be updated, there was no can opener or cookie sheets and silverware was sparce. Only other complaints were that tiled showers were very slick and no ceiling fans in bedrooms.

Watersong Vacation

The Property is beautiful. For the money paid the owner should include such things as toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent especially if you want the renter to wash after departure. The property could use minor repairs the back door was not functional, blinds in several rooms were not working and no alarm. Spa did not work three days during my vacation.

Lovely home! Beds aren't great.

This is a beautiful, spacious home, that is well appointed and equipped with everything a family or large group could want for. The pool was clean and warm (we did pay to have it heated) The water wasn't hot, but nice and warm, like a bath that you'd run for a small child. The spa is slightly warmer, and had great pressure from the jets for a water massage-type experience. There's plenty of seating outside, and several pool towels were provided. The kitchen has just about anything you would need to cook a nice meal. There are plenty of fresh clean towels, and a washer and dryer that can be used. The ceilings are high, and there's plenty of room to run around. Our only qualm with this property were the beds. The mattresses are truly awful. They are unsupportive and very loud. No chance of slipping out of the room undetected if you have to lie down with your child to help them fall asleep. My wife was unable to sleep on the bed, and ended up sleeping on the couch for our entire stay.

Nice home but disappointed

The home itself is a nice one and is quite spacious but it needs some maintenance. I’m very clean and while the bathrooms were clearly cleaned because I could smell the bleach, the home itself didn’t feel clean. The floors were not visibly dirty but we had to mop four times with a swifter wet mop and it was still dirty. The garbage bins in the kitchen were broken and so you had to use your hand to touch the bin covers whenever you used them which I hated. If you plan to cook regularly there isn’t a wide range of pots so keep that in mind. The glass door to the pool is hard to open and needs some grease. The carpets really need to be cleaned…wasn’t comfortable walking with bare feet on them. They also give you no cleaning products, not even to clean the bathroom or a sponge to wash dishes, which quite frankly is a first I have ever experienced. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms is placed so high everywhere gets wet when taking a shower if you are not careful. We were also short of two rags and there were no extras so we had to wait until in the evening to get from the manager. The one thing I will say is that communication was good in this regard and she came as soon as she was able to. The villa is close to Disney but is about 45 mins to an hour from other places.

Great place for family

Our stay was great! We loved the pool and games in the garage! Only complaints are parking and beds. For such a large house you can only fit 2 cars in the driveway, all other cars have to park in the front of the complex which is quite a ways away. The beds and linens also need updating but overall a great place!
