Located in the historical downtown area of Ocean City, MD. Our property is centrally located and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, harbor, amusement rides, fishing pier, shopping, bars, and many restaurants.

We own 5 units in downtown Ocean City and take pride in each one. We strive to keep our units clean and up to date in hopes that you will have the perfect vacation.

You will be able to park your vehicles in two covered parking spaces and avoid the hassle and expense associated with downtown parking.

Our townhouse is located on two floors and has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home.

Our units have Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom. We also have Wi-Fi.

We own 2 units in this complex. This is ideal for multiple families and large groups who want to be close to each other, but also have the added privacy of their own unit.

And remember in our downtown units, you can avoid the hassle of crossing 8 lanes of traffic to get to the beach, which is associated with the uptown condo's.

Our cleaning crew is now offering a linen service payable through us. The cost is $150 plus tax. This is a one time service dropped off before your arrival. The service will provide sheets and they will also provide 10 towels, 10 washcloths, 3 hand towels, 2 bathmats, 2 dish cloths, and 2 dish towels to be used during your stay. Please let me know if you are interested in this service.

Location, location, location.

Stayed for a music festival. Choose this property for the proximity to the venue and we weren’t disappointed. We didn’t need to worry about parking or public transportation our entire stay.

Great location, great townhouse just a bit pricey

Everything about the townhouse was 5 stars. The only thing that bothered us a little bit was the one hundred fifty linen fee while paying five hundred a night on weekdays. I get that’s the system. Would absolutely recommend this location, convenient to everything and nice and clean.

Great location for the family!

One block from the boardwalk so east access to all the rides and the games and food! House was great. It was nice to have a 2 level house for the 7 of us and it was easy walking to get anything you needed. Tina answered all my questions quickly and was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again and hope to soon!

We have been vacationing in Ocean City all of our life. We especially love the downtown area, and when this property became available, we jumped at the opportunity and have been very happy with our purchase. We try to visit Ocean City as often as possible, especially during the off season and have never been disappointed.

What makes this property unique

We love our downtown location. Upon arrival at our condo, you can leave your car parked and walk to the beach, boardwalk, inlet, restaurants, and shops. Our location will not disappoint!!!
