The house is cleaned thoroughly to the highest safety standards.
The recently renovated farmhouse is at once homey and elegant, uncommonly spacious and utterly relaxing. A perfect retreat for family, friends or a company gathering.
The grounds are a delight, a large vineyard, fruit orchards, a vegetable garden and bursting with flowers.

Please note: This is a working ranch and vineyard.

The property accommodates 8 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms.

The property is twenty acres, off a rustic road and the general area is rich with Vineyards, trails and fine restaurants

Other things to note:
This home is strictly an animal-free zone due severe allergies of the owner & family. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed and if there is evidence of pets on the property this will result in a $1,500 fine along with any cleaning or damages caused by pets. You MUST notify owner during the inquiry process if a service animal is required.

Any guest over 8 must be pre-approved by host. Additional guest fee exceeding 8 is $150/night/guest.
Extra guests who have not been approved are charged at $350.00 per night.

Guest will be required to sign and acknowledge our House Rules and Agreement via DocuSign prior to check-in.

Please Note: re: HEATING THE POOL. Our pool is 10 ft. deep and it's a challenge to keep it heated until the ambient outdoor temperature is warmer.
Pool heating is only available during certain times of the year (May 1 - Oct 31) (2 day minimum)
The POOL is Unheated Nov 1– May 1. It is very deep and takes up to 24 hours to heat. Much of the time, the pool is very comfortable unheated, given the ambient air temperature. ONLY STAFF CAN TURN ON THE HEATER.

Spring/Summer only (May 1-October 15) and it is approximately $350/day and it is subject to change depending on the cost from our local utility companies.
