The main level consists of the following 5 bedrooms/ 5.5 baths, great room, formal and informal dining rooms, 2 car garage, office, washroom with washer and dryer, and triple deck. The home has three entry points, the main front door, the door from garage to kitchen, and door from deck into office. This is a large property.

Parking: We have limited parking space. We will provide 4 parking spaces. Two in the garage and two in the rare parking area. If you have more than 4 cars, you must make alternative parking arrangements for additional cars. Comfortable Cousins Celebration

This is a highest possible ranked Vrbo. 5 stars I think. Very reasonable cost. The owner greeted us in the first day with a tour of the house. Each of the five roomy bedrooms had a full bathroom. There was kitchen table w chairs and a huge dining room for all of us to dine and play games. The huge family room allowed us to watch TV and have wonderful conversations. The back porch was very relaxing with a view of trees. Ample parking with a two car garage. It was clean and comfortable I especially appreciated that the owner immediately responded to our request for needed items. The home is in a great location. It was the BEST. Donald was a perfect host. He made our senior citizens cousin’s reunion memorable.

Overall not bad

We ran into a few issues with checking in due to us not knowing the property accommodates multiple groups at one time. This should definitely be made known in the information provided because it was very confusing. We went around the back trying to find a way in because the front door code wasn’t working and to our surprise a lady answered and we all were looking at each other crazy. I emailed the owner then called after a few minutes went by and he explained the setup of the property and provided an updated code to get in the front door. We also had plumbing issues with all of the toilets simultaneously backing up but the owner was quick to get plumbers out that day. The decor also felt a bit dated but overall the house is extremely spacious and was clean upon arrival. Outside of the minor issues it was a good stay.

Weekend get away.

Overall my stay was fine. Was looking for a property to accomodate my large family while we were in town for a BBQ. No major complaints there were a few cosmetic issues that I noticed however they didn't impact my stay as we were really just there to sleep and shower. In one of the bathrooms there was a hole in the side wall of the tub, a smalll hole in the wall behind the bed, a wobbly/loose door handle and just little cosmetic problems that were easy to overlook as they didn't hinder any functionality. The house has five bedrooms and was very spacious. I would more then likely book again. I would suggest reviewing the note you have posted regarding the locking of the door as I am confident it's backwards and the door is locked when it is in a vertical position not horizontal.

Family gathering

Access to the property was delayed due to wrong access code being provided. VRBO contact was able to assist after attempts to contact owner failed. The Owner made a gracious offer to allow our group to extend once contact was made. Upon arrival there was a full trash can in kitchen and some of the surfaces needed to be wiped down, otherwise the cleaning was adequate. The property was as described on website. Large primary bedroom suite, smaller other bedrooms with private bathrooms in all. A large main den allowed for family of 10 to easily gather. Nice decks overlooking the backyard. Very convenient to Atlanta airport (we made 4 trips during thanksgiving week). Reasonably stocked kitchen. A very generous supply of trash bags, dishwashing soap, etc. we’re provided. Plenty of extra towels and linens were available in primary bedroom closet. Other than the check-in issues, a good experience.

The home was nice and clean and it was quiet. I only wish that the listing would state that their are tenants that live below the house, as I didn’t see any mention of that until after booking. Overall the house was nice and owner was very easy to work with and quick to answer questions.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the stay at this property! It was enough room for our family and the property was amazing! The owner was very friendly and came out on the he first day and introduced himself. The only issue we had after doing a walk through was that the bed linens needed to be changed and washed beforehand and the floors needed to be swept and mopped but overall, beautiful home and we will try and book again in the future. Thanks again for accommodating our family!

The home was not what we expected it to be. In the pictures listed on VRBO, the home appears to be updated and clean. Not so... The floors were dusty and had debris on them. The tub in the master bathroom was filthy. We had to was all linen and towels before we could use them. And, I have pictures to prove it. A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE STAY!
