Villa Starfish
Located within the community of Leeward, Leeward Reserve is a new development with the latest designs and finishes. Enjoy this newly constructed free standing home with quick access to the Beach! 3 Private bedrooms with their own ensuite, plus one flex space on the first floor (the home will sleep as a 4 bedroom). LARGE private swimming pool private to only your home! Beach chairs & umbrellas available for use during your stay! Large balconies in each bedroom, huge back patio + fire pit!
The space
The first floor features the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an additional large flex space with day bed and privacy shutters to sleep extra guests (Note this is NOT a 4th Bedroom with a door). The laundry room (washer & dryer) half bath is also located on the first floor. Upstairs are 3 private bedrooms + 3 private ensuite bathrooms each with their own luxurious walk in shower.
Guest access
You will be provided a code to access the home during your stay. The front door is a custom "vault" door offering ultimate privacy!
The space
