We welcome families and couples who are looking for a home away from home and will enjoy and adore our place as much as we do. Get ready to relax in our 3-bedroom townhome in the Marina Peninsula. This fabulous property is filled with tons of natural light and good energy. It boasts a designer kitchen with Italian marble countertops, Italian plaster walls throughout and white solid oak floors. 3 beautiful bedrooms featuring the most comfortable new mattresses. A loft/ snug which can also be used as a 4th bedroom. 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and shower,

The Great room features 16 ft ceilings, magnificent windows, fire place and a 5ft designer brass chandelier and RH cloud sectional-the most comfortable sofa on the planet! On the top floor there is a 700 sq ft rooftop with stunning views of the ocean and Venice canals.

The perfect getaway with friends or family in the best location. Enjoy the wonderful amenities including fully integrated kitchen with wine fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Frame TV with streaming set up, Washing machine and dryer, hair dryer and WiFi. The property is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. It's on a quiet friendly and safe street, 2 mins from Venice beach, 10 mins walk to Venice Pier coffee shops and restaurants. Take a walk the Venice canals or a cycle on the beach bike path up to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd street promenade or down to Manhattan beach. Take a shopping trip to the famous About Kinney or visit the shops, restaurants and bars on Rose Avenue or Main Street.
