Pool maintenance is done weekly by a professional company. Guests are not allowed to refuse pool services. (See Rule 3)

The house is really nice and the open view to the water is beautiful. The layout is great for a large group, with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out on the patio. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Hoping to stay there again soon.

We Loved It

We had six adults and five children, ages 5-12. This place was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, everything we needed and everything seemed new. All five kids shared the bedroom with bunk beds. Great pool with inflatable tubes and beach ball. Beautiful view. TVs in every bedroom and a large one in the living room, with plenty of seating for all of us to watch our Pacers. Simply couldn’t have been better.

The house was very nice and we had a good time. Only issue was the pool was green and cloudy during our stay so didnt feel comfortable going in. It was a result of a mistake from the guests before us. Not the hosts fault but it was kind of disappointing. They did the best they could to rectify but pool issues like that take a while to clear up and we only stayed a few days. Great place though. Plenty of room!

Amazing Views-Felt like Home

The house is very spacious, clean and the host was very helpful with a few situations that occurred and responded immediately. Our family came in for my nephew's wedding and stayed for vacation. We went to Bonita Springs, Fort Myers Beach, Everglades City, and Arcadia for some antique shopping. We have been to Cape Coral many times and this house was very close to all of our family. The best part about this house how many bedrooms, bathrooms and the pool! We spent every day in the pool. We were also able to have our family over the next day for a barbecue for Mother's Day. This house could not have been more perfect for our stay.

Kennedy Reunion

Everything was great EXCEPT the swimming pool that had poor filtration (bugs and human hairballs floating). The grill propane tank was empty and had to buy a refill despite me specifically asking on the status of the tank. Insufficient trash bins - they were full when we arrived. Had to take trash home. Will not be booking this property again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The photos do not do the home justice. The pool is oversized with the deep end over 6 feet. It was crystal clear and warm. I’ve seen other reviews about the pool so they must have remedied the problem because it was perfect. There is a television outside and lots of comfy seating. Sunsets are incredible to enjoy from the pool as well as the great room/kitchen or the master and Jr suites. The rooms are spacious, have televisions with comfortable beds, pillows etc and the 3 full baths are up to date and perfect for larger groups. Appliances, kitchenware etc are all high end and there’s even an ice maker. The open concept living is perfectly arranged with lots of seating as well as a huge television in the great room. The home has anything you’d ever need; a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella if you want to go to the beach as well as fishing rods and tackle available for fishing from the dock where we caught bass and cichlid. Communication with the property manager was the best I’ve ever experienced, before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

This home has a junior en suite that leads out to the pool.. the master also has a side slider if you’re wanting to escape all of the fun and laughter outback in the 32 foot 6+ feet deep HEATED pool
