November - February Season

From November to February, Villa Tortugas becomes a front-row seat to one of nature’s most awe-inspiring spectacles: whale watching season. With the villa’s stunning 180-degree ocean views, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to witness majestic whales breaching, tail-slapping, and playing in the sparkling waters—all from the comfort of your home. Many of our guests have shared that the experience of watching these gentle giants from the villa far surpasses the need to spend $300 per person on a crowded boat tour. ROOMS BREAKDOWN:

Villa Tortugas offers 7 private bedrooms, including an attached children’s room with twin beds, as well as a recreation room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Each of the villa’s six levels has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation, privacy, and entertainment:



Level 1: Master suite with a king bed, Jacuzzi bathroom, and ocean views, plus an office featuring a king bed and balcony with ocean views.

Level 2: Entertainment and common area with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining spaces, bar, upper pool, and elevator access.

Level 3: Two king bedrooms with private balconies and stunning ocean views, each with its own ensuite bathroom, plus an interior queen bedroom with ensuite.

Level 4: King bedroom with an attached children’s room (two twin beds), and a second king bedroom. Both rooms feature private oceanfront balconies and ensuite bathrooms.

Level 5: Lower entertainment area with a poker table, 75" TV, a pull-out queen couch, and ample space for group activities or gatherings.

Level 6: Main pool deck with a swim-up palapa bar, outdoor kitchen, Jacuzzi, fish pond, and full bathroom—perfect for outdoor relaxation and hosting.

FOOD SERVICE:

To make your stay even more enjoyable, Villa Tortugas offers optional Food Services for your group. Our team can prepare, serve, and clean up meals, allowing you to spend more time relaxing and less time worrying about the details. Food Services are available for a flat fee of $250 per day for your entire group—not per person. This includes two meals per day (breakfast and an early dinner), along with snacks available throughout the day. A third meal may be added for an additional $150, although most groups find that two meals are ideal. Please note that the cost of food is not included. It’s an affordable and convenient way to enjoy a more relaxing, full-service experience in the comfort of the villa.



SHOPPING SERVICES

To make your stay even more effortless, our team can also assist with shopping services so you can enjoy the villa without having to worry about the errands. When Food Services are booked, your first grocery shopping trip is included, helping you arrive to a smoother, more relaxed experience. Additional grocery runs can also be arranged if needed, allowing you to settle in and fully enjoy the home while we help handle the details.

Staff Tipping Policy:

Tipping is strongly encouraged as our dedicated staff works hard to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. We recommend a gratuity of 5–15% of the accommodation fee as a gesture of appreciation. Tips can be given in cash or by credit card and are shared among all team members who help make your experience exceptional.

Uber is also available in the area, with average wait times of just 5-8 minutes, making it easy to explore the vibrant attractions of Puerto Vallarta and beyond.

Always just a moment away, he is available to assist with any issues, from turning on the pool to addressing any needs during your visit. While he works on the property daily to maintain everything in perfect order, he stays discreetly in the background to ensure your privacy. Our maids provide daily service to keep the house tidy and will reset your beds every 2-3 days or upon request. Additionally, our booking team is available around the clock to help coordinate anything you may need.
