Newly remodeled and furnished beachfront property. Unit is a two story with two on suite bedrooms upstairs. Amazing deck off of the master bedroom, great place to have coffee and watch the sun rise or sip on a glass of wine and listen to the surf before turning in. Kitchen will make you want to eat in every night. Living room has two large sliding glass doors which help you take in the breathtaking views which leads you to another great deck off the living room. There is a half bathroom on the main level. The property offers 4 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, along with basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, hot tub, and work out room. The property is located 1.5 miles from the town of Kure beach: which offers dining, bars, shopping, fishing, and parks. Carolina beach is just 5 miles away were there is always something exciting happening. Downtown Wilmington is only18 miles away. This historic area is full of shopping, unique dining experiences, and breweries. This property is close to the Fort Fisher Ferry which will take you over to the charming town of Southport. Golf lover? There are numerous top ranked courses in the area. Kure beach is great for couples and families. Did we mention that this property is right on the beach.

Nice Location

Great location for low key stay. Host are very nice and responsive. Town house was very clean. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the condition of the pots and pans. All of the frying pans are old and heavely scatched. Bring your own. Furniture is very comfortable beds are great. Easy access to the beach and pool. We'll be back again next year.

Family vacation Tradition

This is our fourth vacation to this condo with our family over the years. We cherish the memories we have each time we stay. The property is always clean, and well stocked with essentials. The location is ideal because it’s quiet and right on the ocean. The pools are also great and my kids always enjoy them. The decks off the back offer so many memories for us. We played Uno every night on the back deck and watched the sun come up on the top deck. I love this place and the many memories we have had as a family at this condo. Thanks again!

Lovely Townhome on the Beach Cottage

This property is so well done that you feel at home immediately. Decorated beautifully and everything we needed was there. Plus a covered parking spot. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean. All on all we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this townhome.

Fun time for all...

Only thing wrong with our stay was that it wasn’t long enough! We had a wonderful time, the property was comfortable with most everything one could need. What a beautiful view

Spent a week in this lovely place the week before Christmas. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with cold, rain and wind all week, but with the ocean view and comfortable house, we really enjoyed our trip. Local area is relaxing and lots to do even without the beach options. Thanks for letting us use your home!! Bring binoculars to watch the sea birds and dolphins as they cruise past the house!!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have been more pleased! The condo was beautifully decorated. It was open and airy and made you feel as though you were already on the beach without even touching the sand. The balconies on both levels were large, comfortable and offered us the option of sun or shade at any hour of the day. The dedicated parking was wonderful as well. Towels, pillows and extra blankets were plentiful. The kitchen had every item we needed. If possible, we would rate every aspect of our stay 10 stars!!

We Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately probably wouldn’t be able to book again due to the fact that the king size bed was too soft. My husband ended up having to sleep on the twin in the other room.

Charged for smoking without a conversation. We didnt smoke. States she found an ash. Must have blown over from neighboring unit due to ocean breeze. Decent place. Not high end.

Everything about this property and our stay was wonderful. Eric and Angie had everything there you could possibly need. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was very clean, and had the perfect layout for what we needed. The view from both decks was amazing, and we loved how close the beach access was. This was our second stay at this condo, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! It’s the perfect beach getaway! Very clean, comfortable, and just steps from the ocean. The view is incredible, and we loved relaxing on the deck and soaking up the sun. The location is ideal for both peaceful beach time and easy access to shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back again!

Location is perfect

The patio looked right out in the beach and the beach access was right next to the house. Very very lovely stay. It did take about 40 minutes to get into Wilmington on average so if you plan to visit Wilmington a lot then that drive may get old but this property was great for a beach vacation

Great location

We had a great time at Kure Beach. Love being right on the beach and that the community has both outdoor and an indoor pool which allowed my kids to swim even on the cooler days. The condo was nice and exactly as advertised.
