Easy check in. Everything we needed. House was so clean and organized!
Perfect stay! Communication with property management was excellent. The only glitch was door code but this was handled quickly and professionally.

BEYOND disappointed and disgusted. Cabin invested with ants and absolutely nothing was done and response to resolution was even worse. DO NOT STAY here if you want a clean and bug free cabin!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The issue has been fully resolved with treatment and added preventive measures. While summer months can bring more outdoor insect activity, we work hard to keep the cabin clean and comfortable. We’re always happy to assist during your stay, and we’d love to welcome you back for a refreshed and worry-free experience!
Great location for reason we were in Tahoma (Tahoe 1/2 ironman). Steps to upstairs bedrooms steeper than anticipated and a few of the kitchen pans/cookware needed to be washed before using. Check in code sent to us didn't work, but employee at the management company provided an alternative.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're glad the location was convenient for your trip to Tahoma and the Tahoe 1/2 Ironman—such an exciting event to be part of! We appreciate you bringing the issues to our attention, and we will look into the concerns you mentioned regarding the stairs, kitchen cookware, and check-in code. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again in the future!
Had a nice time at the cabin. Kitchen was very nice and master bed was very comfortable. Location was great, far away enough from the crowds but close enough drive to everything without being too far. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep for those that have difficulty with stairs and upstairs bathroom shower is a bit tight but overall this place is very nice! Thank you.

The property looks to be recently updated. It was very clean. The stairs, as someone else mentioned, are steep. But we are in our late 60's and managed them as we slept in the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well appointed -- could use a couple more wine glasses ;) We would definitely stay again.

Clean, nice size, cleaning supplies are available, plus tons of extra stuff in case you forget. Plates, cups, coffee machine etc. We truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary in Tahoe. It is far from any grocery stores about 20 min drive. But very close to the lake.

The house was perfect for our family. We spent most of the time at the beach about 5 minutes away so the location was perfect. The house floor plan is nicely done, allowing plenty of spots to gather without feeling cramped. We enjoyed a great BBQ outside on the patio while the kids played corn hole. Definitely rent this house again. Only a few suggestions, it would have been nice to have some cleaning spray to wipe down the counters and mirrors in the bedroom to get ready while others showered.
We love Tahoma! The rental was just right for our family of four plus the grandparents. The four of us shared the downstairs room and grandma and grandpa had the entire upstairs. (The stairs are very steep, so take note for small kids or those with mobility issues!) The upstairs sitting area could accommodate another couple, however the house was much smaller in person, so four adults is probably best for comfort. The only downside was cleanliness. While it seemed it had been cleaned between guests, the place is in dire need of a deep clean. The walls were filthy, there were cobwebs and layers of dust on the light fixtures and the intake filter for the hvac was so dirty it could have made a house pet. On top of that, the downstairs bath and kitchen had ants everywhere so we couldn’t leave food out at all and had to be on watch while prepping food. I contacted the property manager about the ants and they said they would contact the on-site team, however I never heard back. Give it some fresh paint and a deep clean and this place would be perfect!
We were up for our kids ski week. The house is very nice with everything you need. It is close to the lake and the drives to Alpine and Palisades to ski were beautiful. The drive is not short to those mountains but right around the corner from Homewood. Would stay there again and would be very good location in the summer.
The house overall was lovely and very comfortable. Wonderful location. Some items that should be addressed:
1. There were no cleaning supplies whatsoever. i.e. no kitchen cleaner, no broom, one Tide Pod. There was not any foil, saran wrap, napkins, etc. It would be very useful for renters to know they were responsible for those items so that they can either be brought from home or purchased before arriving at the house. This is the first rental I have ever had that did not include those items.
2. No wash cloths in either bathroom.
3. The upstairs bedroom has no closet, only a couple of nightstands with drawers.
4. I would also recommend the owner put a nightlight in the upstairs bathroom. The automatic light does not click on until you are at the door itself. Unfortunately, I woke up the first night, disoriented and ended up falling down the entire flight of stairs and broke my foot.
I these items were addressed, I would stay at this home numerous times.
Check in process was extremely easy. Property is clean and updated just as advertised. Sits on a nice spacious corner lot. The house had everything we needed including washer and dryer which we used. Great house and location would definitely come back and stay again.
This house has everything you could need. It was very roomy for us and our two dogs. The neighborhood is in a great location and everyone is super friendly. Great house and great location!
The property was as advertised. Clean and updated. Check in and check out was easy. The toaster was broken yet functional but otherwise we had everything we needed and look forward to staying here again.
