Property as described and cleaner than expected and many older homes in Lake Tahoe are dusty. Communication with host excellent. The house was comfortable and well stocked with kitchen amenities and bathroom supplies. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds. Bikes for use too although we don’t use them! Location is near the sugarpine state park which you can access by foot from the house.
