HOME NOTES WARM IN SUMMER: This home gets a lot of direct sunlight and does not have AC so in the Summer it can get quite warm inside. ARCADE GAME: Sometimes the arcade game can be finicky. Text our local team if you are having issues. The power button is on top. LIGHT CARPET: Unfortunately this home has light coloured carpet. Please remove your shoes when coming inside in order for us to help keep it clean. We have it professionally cleaned 3x a year and then spot clean in between but it’s still super hard to keep clean :(
TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! 1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one) 2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals. 3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box. 4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties. 5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt. PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this. 6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
Interaction with Guests: You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.

This was a great house for two families with a total of 4 kids (ages 7-12) to spend some time together while enjoying a few days riding at Heavenly. Lots of space for the kids to play pool, arcade games, and sled in the backyard. Would definitely look for this house on future trips!

Great property and the property management was very friendly and helpful
This house was in a great location and very well suited to our family. It provided a great space with plenty of options for entertainment. The management company was also very responsive when I needed to replace a few of the light bulbs. Overall, a great experience.
Beautiful property with multiple entertaining rooms. Great location just minutes away from everything. Can’t wait to go back

Property was great. Our family enjoyed this location.
Great for a family. Location was close to town and everything we needed. Managment company was very responsive. Did not have the right code to get in the home, had to call to get the updated code.
This was a great place for 8 friends on a golf trip. Less than 15 minutes from Edgewood made the location perfect. Bbq, hot tub and game room were all utilized. Very clean and functional.
My husband and adult children stayed in this lovely home for Christmas and loved it! The home was clean and spacious with a large kitchen and plenty of amenities as listed. The only thing missing was a meat thermometer in the kitchen, which made cooking the Christmas turkey a bit tricky. However, the 5 star rating still stands. The location was convenient to the Heavenly Ski Resort, and we would definitely book again.

The house was stunning and perfect!
The house was beautiful, clean and large. Great location short drive to downtown and beaches. The owners were great and were wonderful with communication. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and I'm pretty picky. We had one small problem and called mangament and they had it fixed very quickly. Overall it was a WONDERFUL house and we had a great experience. Will defiantly be booking this house again.

Good location with plenty of room.
We filled the house up with 10 guests ranging from ages 20-80yrs old. The house was very clean and spacious. The younger guests enjoyed the pool table and even more so the ping pong table that goes over it. Plenty of plates and glasses. Was pleased to see wine glasses, that's usually a hit or miss with rentals. The TV was easy to use and utilized a very nice BBQ grill. Great selection of pots and pans.
The only cons, we agree with previous reviews that in the summer season, ceiling fans would help keep the house cool. The main living spaces were quite warm even depsite finding the floor fans and using them. Couldn't open the sliding door in the game room to help with cross breeze because the sliding screen was missing. Let in a yellow jacket we had to deal with. The carpet was thick and comfortable on bare feet but could use a shampoo.
We would rent again. You never know exactly what you'll need or what may be available. Tips for the future: we brought our own dish towels based on another review ( there was only one provided), we brought our own salt/pepper and sugar, tinfoil and plastic wrap (there was tupperware that was helpful), the one roll of paper towels just lasted us the two days we stayed.
We had a great time getting the family together. This house was very accommodating for our large group!
Great house - property and management had a few issues
The house is large, functional, and great for families. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen (any dish or appliance you might need-they had). Smart TVs in every room worked well for the kids and late night movie watching for the adults! There were a few really disappointing elements during our stay. Before arrival I tried to reach out to the property management team to inquire about early check in. I was on hold for over 40 minutes and then gave up. I called again later to inform about something else and was, again, on hold for over 30 minutes before just giving up. The persons who stayed before us left a large amount of fish carcasses thrown on top of the trash cans (no bags, just throw in). The stench was so bad that we had to keep all the windows closed (difficult when it’s 85* and there is no AC in the house) from Wednesday through Friday until the trash service came. Even neighbors were coming over to inquire about the smell-it was so bad!! A rough start to the trip. Additionally, upon arrival we found an open condom wrapper in one of the guest bedrooms-made me wonder about the thoroughness of the cleaning crew to miss such an obvious infraction. Lastly, the welcome book talks about how pollen is common here (so deal with it) but it is everywhere on the back patio areas and it did not appear to be cleaned recently. The deck and jacuzzi area were not able to be used because the pollen, pine needles and dirt were so bad; plus the horrible trash smell... the outside of the home was unfortunately, mostly unusable for us.
The location and neighborhood makes for a quiet and relaxed time. There is easy access to state line activities and restaurants close by to ease cooking time. Be prepared to experience some shortness of breath given the elevation.
Everything about this place was perfection
I will stay here every time I come to Lake Tahoe
It was more than advertised and they were so easy to deal with
If your looking to make memories to last your family a life time this is THE place to stay 10/10 !!!!
Location was great, looked just like photos and was a great spot for a group of us. The management company was super easy to work with and check in was seamless.
Only suggestion would be to add shampoo, conditioner and body wash into the bathrooms.
The house is in a beautiful place and has great access to trails and is very comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. There is easy parking and the beds are comfortable. However, there are a few issues. We found cooking to be very difficult. First, the grill doesn't work. We even tried new gas thinking that may fix it, but no. It just doesn't put out enough flame to cook. Never got above 200 degrees. We called the management company and they didn't do anything. The other problem is that all the labels for the oven control are worn off. We had to google a picture of the model of the oven to find where to put the knobs to be able to use the oven since we couldn't use the grill.
Additionally, when we arrived the toilet in the master bath was already clogged, and while it could be plunged, we shouldn't have to do that upon arrival.
They also only supply one towel per guest so your towel to bathe has to be the same towel for the hot tub which is less than ideal.
The place could be really great, but for how much it costs we will not be returning unless the management changes.
Really spacious house, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Very well equipped kitchen. Huge fenced backyard. Great game room for all ages, the video game console was a big hit.
Needs a little TLC - hot water does not turn off in master bath, deck is in need of refinishing, refrigerator ice and water features do not work. This did not ruin our trip at all, but would be nice to have these things done.
We really enjoyed our trip in Tahoe, the house was at a perfect location and very spacious.
The only complaint I have is there wasn’t enough toilet paper for our whole stay, I asked if they could leave Lysol wipes and they did’t we stayed for almost a week with only one towel (crazy) I came from Hawaii and had to buy my own Towels there was no amenities at the property. in our last night I asked for late check out and they said they don’t do that and there was no one checking in after us, so I’m not sure why they couldn’t accommodate us. Other then that the place was pretty clean.
Much Aloha
