Separate detached bonus room in the backyard which includes a trundle bed (2 twin beds), fitness equipment including treadmill and a stationary bike. Bonus room has heating and air conditioning.

Maximum # of Vehicles is 4. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no street parking is allowed as per SLT vacation rental ordinance. There is a 2 car garage, and a driveway. We have a snow plow service to keep the driveways clear for worry-free access in the winter. Garage has direct house access so you won't have to worry about scraping your windshield with ice during winter.

THE FINE PRINT
City of South Lake Tahoe have gotten extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with these rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.
