This Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom Rancho style home is equipped to handle everybody, it is wheelchair friendly, being the home only having 1 step to access the entire house, newly remodeled nestled in the Prestigious Montgomery estates.

**Please note the home is close to full time neighbors so not open to parties. If you are looking for a home to relax, enjoy nature I would recommend this home. We have outside surveillance devices and for security purposes only in front and backyard and noise monitoring devices to measure sound level only to address potential noise complaints from neighbors. Great for families and a quiet getaway!**

Currently for Summer, we have a portable AC unit in kitchen/dining room area with ceiling fans in every room for cool evenings.

Fully equipped Kitchen, BBQ, Fireplace, Hot-tub, Decks this home has it all. Relax in the open space with a movie or challenge somebody to a foosball game, this home has an open concept that allows everybody to enjoy!

Relax with the open layout, clean décor, and a kitchen that has a warm comfortable vibe to gather and cook in. It’s an amazing house but even better is the location with steps to Forest Land. Just a few miles from heavenly California Base Lodge. Everything is minutes away, .3 miles to Heavenly Ca. Base Lodge, 3 miles to Ski Run Marina/Beach, 3.5 Miles to Casinos and shops.

When you are searching for a home base for your perfect Tahoe vacation a lot of things should be standard. Beautiful clean décor and furniture, a kitchen that has a warm comfortable vibe to gather and cook in, hot tub, grill, internet access and home entertainment options.

Other Nearby Attractions include Emerald Bay, Cave Rock, Fallen Leaf lake, World famous mountain biking trails out the front door, 2 miles from Edgewood golf course, and lets not forget about Beautiful Lake Tahoe which hosts every water activity possible just 1.2 miles away. There are 12 resorts in the area, Heavenly Valley Ski Resort with 3,500 Ft of vertical, 30 chair lifts, snow boarding terrain park and over a 100 trails covering over 4,800 acres. Too short of stay

Great place! Quiet, close to town, water hearted was a little tricky, no access to garage, and quiet hours were 9:30 pm to 8 am which was not a problem for our family, just different from what was advertised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the very nice home in a quiet neighborhood and close to town. Definitely recommend this home.

Great time in South Lake Tahoe

We really enjoyed this stay - had 8 stay here and we slept pretty comfortably. Hot tub was excellent and always hot. Grill was available and worked perfectly. Lots of dishes etc perfect for a weekend getaway. We were a little annoyed with the quiet hours but once you hear how quiet it is in the neighborhood at night you understand . We were about 10-15 min from the casinos etc. Would definitely stay here again!

I’m a clean freak and I found this home spotless. It is fully stocked and super cozy. The owner’s photographs on the walls is a nice touch. Michael was very communicative and friendly. I was happy there was no trace of pets since my son is allergic. I would stay here again no doubt!

winter stay

house was great. had everything we needed and it kept adults, teens and kids busy. location was easy to find, and neighborhood was very friendly. this probably goes without being said, but be prepared for heavy snow in neighborhood roads. a big mistake my group had was taking a low profile car thinking it would get out with ease, but had issues with our chains, which caused us to get stuck before getting in the main road. many neighbors stopped to help which was really nice of them!

Simple, yet perfect

We just got home from a lovely 2 day stay at our home away from home, Micheal's home. The house is simple as I mentioned in my title but absolutely perfect. Clean, organized, everything you want or desire, but not cluttered. The location of the home is perfect. Close to Safeway, Casinos, downtown, and most importantly the snow! There is a ton of clean snow! The community is beautiful...just looking at the homes as you drive through the neighborhood is a treat in itself. We will be in Tahoe again soon and plan on staying at "Uncle Micheal's" place again! We have no relation, but that's how refer to him now because he was so kind and welcoming.

50th Anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary this June. I told my family that I didn’t want a party. My daughter suggested a trip instead. We picked South Lake Tahoe and she found this lovely one level house which I needed, I am using a walker. We had a total of 6 people, 4 adults and two teens. The house “fit” us all just fine. It is one of the best equipped kitchens and the bathrooms had everything we needed. We found the propane tank was low and Michael came over soon with two new tanks. The family enjoyed the Fuse-ball game and the hot tub. We were all very happy with this place. If we decide to do this trip again we would love to stay here.

Great location, lovely home

We had the best time here! the location was great and the house was really nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because It was missing a few things for a luxury rental. Not enough bath rugs for double sinks, shower, toilets, etc. and stone floors that are freezing in winter. We would loved more towels; we were 8 adults and 2 kids and only had one towel for each adult for showers and hot tub. It would also be helpful to have some sort of mudroom storage/ hooks. There was only a small carpeted closet to hang wet snow jackets and boots which we didn't use because nothing would dry. With 10 people, we had wet coats everywhere. The biggest reason for me it didn't get 5 stars was every single toilet seat was way too small for the toilet. At least 2" of the porcelain bowl stuck out. I didn't enjoy sitting on the bare toilet bowl especially in winter. All in all it's a great house, I loved the layout and the kitchen. The hot tub and foosball were awesome and it's close to everything. I would defiantly stay here again.

Perfect Heavenly Getaway

My wife, friends and I took an extending weekend to go to the nearby ski resorts. Nothing beats hopping in the hot tub after a full day on the slopes. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host is great with communication and was both responsive and helpful. We absolutely would stay at this property again in the future!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home that was very clean with everything you could need for a great stay. Small things like qtips, shampoo, body wash, lotion were all provided. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The only downside was the extreme rules of the neighborhood which we received by email an hour before arriving. Basically no using the hot tub after 9pm, no talking outside after 9 pm. My best friend and I both ladies in our 40s were looking forward to hotubbing at night after the kids went to bed. Not an option. Also there was a camera pointed at the hot tub (im guessing to ensure compliance) but was unnerving. I would stay in this house again, just plan for early hot tub dips.
