✶Timber Cove Hideaway is located at the entrance of Bear Cove Falls located just minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Parkway.
✶The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
✶ There are 3 steps to enter the cabin
✶ Paved roads to cabin
✶ 50 Amp plug for EV Charger
✶ Dining seating for 7 guests
✶ Front and back porch with rocking chairs
✶ Hot tub located on the back deck
✶ Starter kit including: paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods will be provided. You may run out of these items during your stay so you may want to bring extra!
✶ Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc. are permitted with host approval prior to booking.
✶ Access to shared pool (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening) opens two weeks prior to Memorial Day weekend through two weeks after Labor Day pool hours 10am-10pm
✶1 king bedroom and 1 bathroom, sleeper sofa located in the living room and futon with twin bunk located in the game room

✶ We are unable to provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
✶ If you bring more than 7 people without host approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.

This was an overall great cabin, very clean and close to mini market, attractions, and Dollywood. Would highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the laundry facilities were very useful halfway through a multi state road trip. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we had zero issues or complaints.

Everything was perfect and it was in a perfect location right close to everything just like we like it. The bed was hard as a brick. It was a nice mattress just very solid firm so it left me so sore all week but that’s not a downside to the cabin, it’s just a personal preference and every one has one. If I can get past the bed part, I will definitely stay again.

Everything was exactly as stated. Host were easy to communicate with and house was so clean and updated with everything we needed and more. Our family of 6 stayed more than comfortable and will def be back to stay in this cabin. The location was close to everything. Pizza and a market literally next door.

Birthday Celebration

We decided to head to TN from WV to celebrate my son turning seven. The cabin was PERFECT. It was super clean, had everything we needed plus more, and was in an amazing location. It took us no time to get to Dollywood or other places we had on our list. To make it even better, the host communicated super well with me. We will book here again for sure!

Good getaway cabin

We absolutely loved this cabin! My husband and I were wanting a getaway just the two of us. We stayed here and it was perfect. We can’t wait to go back and take our kids with us. It is the perfect location to get where you want to go. Whether that be pigeon forge or downtown Gatlinburg. The hosts are sweet and help with anything you may need. We are going to book again in the summer and take our kids. Can’t wait!

Spring break at The Smokies

My daughter and I stayed 4 nights at this cabin. It is very nice, clean, updated, the hot tub was great and I liked the location.Unfortunately, I can’t leave a 5 star review for 2 reasons: The windows do not block out much sound. My 9 year old even made a comment about hearing everything outside. You can hear all of the traffic and the road is busier than I thought it would be at night. That combined with an extremely firm mattress made for little sleep and having pain every day.

5 STARS! Kyle and Shannah had the best communication we have ever experienced with renting any type of accommodation- from cabins to hotels. They communicated quickly, and the communication was excellent before check in, during our entire stay (they even messaged just to check on us), and even after our departure. They were so kind, and made us feel so comfortable. Felt like renting from a friend. My husband and I (late 20’s) traveled with a 2.5 year old and a 1.5 year old, and stayed here for a full 5 nights, and it was an absolute dream. The cabin was exceptionally clean. We pulled back sheets, and examined everything closely (due to having small children), and we were so impressed that we kept calling one another into the next room to point out how clean it was, and how good it smelled. The cleaner left tiny touches that truly reflected how hard they worked. The cabin was stocked well, and had plenty of thick, nice towels that lasted us the entire trip. The washer and dryer was nice, and so quiet when running. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept just as good as we do at home! Mamas- These guys even had TWO sound machines, some children’s books, some games and cards, an actual gaming system, and kid’s cups/plates. They thought of everything, and it was so sweet to have our littles included! Hot tub was also amazing! Hot and clean. And the location was the best!! We have come to Pigeon forge 9 years, and this is our new fav place! We can’t wait to stay again!
