I didn’t know about the air-conditioning until I signed the contract. The tub drain was very slow. The view was excellent and the access to everything was spot on.

It's important to know that we do not advertise for AC, and that we send the contract the day a guest books. Very important to read everything carefully and filter properties by AC if that is important to you. The slow tub drain has been addressed (as soon as we found out about it). Loved this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Washer and dryer were an unexpected plus. We didn't cook there, but coffee/filters were available, and I saw a spice rack as well. Comfortable beds and sofa. Instacart delivered to our door. Fast elevator, friendly staff in the lobby. Very pretty view of the water, and perfect location for walking to restaurants or Pikes Place. Also, when I had a question, Picture Properties was quick to get back to me. If this place is available next time we're in Seattle, I will rent it again; great experience!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was very convenient for all the things we had planned while in Seattle. The condo had all the amenities we needed to feel at home!

The condo is ideally located near so much and has a beautiful view. The only downside was that the shades did not fully close and without AC the sun really heated the place up. I would stay there again.

This place was absolutely amazing. I woke up each morning to the cruise ships coming in. Sunsets over the Olympics each night we're breathtaking. Everything was perfectly clean and just awesome!
