We just spent 2 weeks in this home. We had no problems at the security gate checking in. When we got to the house the door code didn't work but the host responded immediately and was able to get us in without a problem. The listing is very accurate on what you will find. We were very pleased with how well the kitchen was equipped since we were there for a longer time and did prepare and cook meals frequently. It was nice to have all the bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The resort pool did get crowded but the grandkids enjoyed our private pool better so it really didn't matter to us.We loved the location. It was very convenient to grocery shopping and other shops without all the crowds that are in some of the other areas of Kissimmee. Disney parks were usually about a 20-25 minute drive.We would definitely stay at this home again.

The host was always helpful , what ever I needed they where there …also the house was very clean and had everything in the house we needed …I will recommend this house too my family for the future moving forward on trips to Orlando …thanks and appreciate everything
