Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was great! Plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the clean hot tub and the fire pit!! Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean!Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect setting for a long weekend trip with the family. The host provides the best amenities. They really thought of everything you could need for a relaxing getaway!

Such an incredible property! My friends and I had a lovely time -- the host was very kind and responsive. The property was clean and comfortable. There was ample space for all and the amenities were wonderful. Highly recommend - everyone agreed it was a great deal.

Tony was a great host. The gifts and games were a nice surprise. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was fantastic. Nice Weber grill and Blackstone for outdoor dining. A great value for the price. I highly recommend the house. Super location.

We had a fantastic weekend at this house. Tony, our host, was so quick to respond to any questions I had both before and during our stay. We loved the number of beds as most got their own to sleep in, and having the hot tub in a covered area just a couple of steps outside the garage was awesome as the weather was a little soggy during our stay.

Owner very responsive to our inquiries. (No issues just FYI type of information )The Home was clean and ready for us on time. Plenty of room for guests to spread out and a wonderful game area in the lower level. Pool and hot tub clean and ready for use. The home did have some pool towels which weren’t mentioned in the amenities online as an FYI to those traveling to Michigan via airplane … you don’t need to pack one.

We all were very impressed as soon as we walked in! Very clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were in good working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was as described or even better. We had a few minor things that we contacted the host about and got a reply almost immediately. All agreed, we would be thrilled to stay again!

I booked for a Girls/Cousins Weekend in a Hallmark Christmas Town (St. Joseph, MI). We had a group of 12 that ranged in age from mid 70's to early 20's and we had plenty of room for everyone! The house is very clean and very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. This trip took months in the making and Tony the host was so patient and was VERY responsive to all of my emails and questions. We would definitely stay here again and quite possibly might make a trip back in the summer so that we can enjoy the beautiful pool!

This was my 3rd year renting a house for my family Christmas for the weekend. This was by far our favorite home. Tony was extremely responsive to every message I sent, literally withing minutes. We had no issues during our stay. The house was beautiful and comfortably fit my family of 10. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen stocked with the necessities for cooking. The hot tub was amazing.I'm actually thinking of renting again this summer to be able to use the beautiful pool and deck. This may be my new "Christmas" home.

The patio/pool area is the main reason we booked Pool Vibes (in addition to the occupancy capacity) and it lived up to the hype. We spent many hours taking advantage of the heatwave leading up to Fourth of July. We even jumped in the hot tub a bit. Raved the heat with a fire and s'mores, well, because vacation.Communication and support was fantastic. We discovered the grill and Blackstone propane was empty and they had 2 new tanks delivered within an hour.We spent so much time outside we never even used the games in the basement. Good problem to have.Solid location with a 10-15 minute drive to most things in St. Joe.The house was stocked pretty well and lots of "pay it forward" spices/oils/etc. I would suggest a couple cookie sheets to be added to the mix. We survived without but it would be useful.Would stay again 100%. Book with confidence.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in a VRBO in a long time. The communication with the host is so great. They’ve thought of everything for the house to make your trip great. The bedding, mattresses, and extra touches with sound machines and fans are above and beyond. We all slept so great! There was so much room to be all together. We got to watch football games, and play in switch tournaments! It was the perfect place for all ages. The hot tub is also amazing and was perfect for a rainy day as it had coverage while we sat in it. I could go on and on, but we plan on going back every year if they’ll have us! 12/10 without a doubt!

The best part of this house was the backyard. Great pool, relaxing hot tub, enough seating for everyone including the big table for meals and the fire pit for s’mores. Having 3 full baths was super convenient. We had a memorable family vacation.
