Bernie and Ashley are the owners of this property. We live in the Philadelphia suburbs but as a Baltimore native, Ashley enjoyed vacationing in OCMD as a child. This house is right around the corner from all the fun of beach, boardwalk and beyond. It was only natural that we continued to build memories with our own family in this place we love so much.
We use the house to vacation with our 2 children, Parker and Caroline. Hoping that you too, will build memories with your family and enjoy all the things we love about our beach house.

This neighborhood is situated on a golf coarse but offers amenities beyond that. Pools, pickle ball, shuttle to Fenwick State Park, work out facilities and fitness classes, to name a few.
