The first bath is a Tub/Shower combo, the other has a stand alone shower and is located just off the pool deck, perfect way to keep the water out of the house. The large Den is wrapped in windows with 2 futon couches to accommodate more guests and overlooks the spacious patio Bar. With plenty of seating around the bar, patio and pool area this outside dream is the perfect getaway! Nestled along the water you can sit on the private dock featuring a boat lift if you want to bring your boat and spend sometime out on the water.
