Grand Master Bedroom – California King bed with a luxurious latex mattress, walk-in closet, and a 55-inch smart TV.
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3 – Full-size bed.
Bedroom 4 – Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 5 – Pull-out twin beds (two twin mattresses).
Both bathrooms are equipped with high-end bidets. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels are provided.

- There are two houses on this big lot, the cottage is the front house with a private entrance, a fenced private back yard as seen in photos.
- The house is across from an elementary school, so drop-off and pick-up time could be a little busy (around 8:50am and 3pm). Other than that, the area is very quiet.
- For safety reason, there are exterior perimeter cameras.

Overall the house was great. Few minor things happened but the host took care of everything right away. The only thing I wish I had known was that two of the bedrooms had doors that lead outside. Not normally a big deal but with little kiddos didn’t love this. Overall everything went smoothly.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host went above and beyond to tailor the experience for a special celebratory event, which made our trip feel even more personal and memorable. From the start, communication was excellent the host was quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay.The accommodations were exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the welcoming touches, including the fresh fruit available on the property and the selection of board games that made for some fun, relaxed evenings.The home was well maintained, and everything felt cared for. The kitchen was stocked with a wide variety of cooking utensils and essentials, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The bathrooms had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is always a plus.Overall, it was a peaceful, well-equipped property with a responsive and thoughtful host. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a smooth, enjoyable getaway.

Torrance is one of the best places to live and stay while in LA. This charming beach city is centrally located to almost everything LA has to offer including beaches, hikes and trails, downtown, theme parks, museums, and just a short drive to all the major attractions. The neighborhood is proud to be super safe, family oriented, not like many other parts of LA where crime rate is alarming high.
