My husband and I loved our stay! Beautiful, quaint, everything we needed! Perfect location beautiful views. Location was great! Right in the heart of Perkins Cove, tucked away but access to all shops and Marginal Way. Quiet and peaceful! Owner was very responsive, friendly and easy to contact! Check in and check out were streamlined and easy! We are definitely coming back. So clean and everything available in the kitchen. Just loved it!

This is a unique property: a view from the porch of Oarweed Cove, the Marginal Way and the Atlantic Ocean; from the driveway you are steps from Perkins Cove’s shops, restaurants and harbor. We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean views and sounds.

Jason is a great host. Stunning view of Perkins Cove off your back porch. Our unit was very comfortable, clean, and modern. On site reliable parking is a huge bonus. Perkins Cove is best part of Ogunquit.

This place was perfect!! The photos accurately represented the unit. The location is amazing, easy walking to the beaches and restaurants. The private beach was perfect for paddle boarding, high tide swimming, and an evening cocktail. There was also lots of great road biking routes right out the door. The host, Jason, was very communicative and the check-in and checkout process was super easy. We will be back!!

If you like to be near shops and restaurants, this is a great condo in the middle of the Perkins Cove commercial area in Ogunquit. First floor, three steps up to deck from beach. Near entrance to Marginal Way. Next to Perkins Cove Restaurant (excellent food).

The ocean at your feet!

The condo was immaculately clean with tasteful decor. The owner/host was charming and so informative. We had everything we needed. The best part of our stay was hearing the sound of the ocean waves rolling in. Mornings were delightful waking up to the beautiful sight of the rocky coast.

The owner, Jason Corbin, is originally from northern Maine and has been in Ogunquit for 25 years. He previously owned and operated the Admiral’s Inn, The White Rose Inn, and the Abalonia Inn in Ogunquit. Jason was “Ogunquit Citizen of the Year” in previous years, and has created the successful “Ogunquit Spirit of Giving” and Ogunquit’s “Ogunquit’s Music in the Park“. Jason is married with 2 children.

Ogunquit, Maine is beautiful, but Perkins Cove is truly magical. Visit the shops while viewing the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Super quiet at night.
