The cabin-esque living room is furnished with a comfortable, floral couch, two sets of matching chairs, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The Third bedroom also has double bed and a twin bed. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so you can bring your whole family!

Unit 302 has the following amenities: four air conditioning units, one parking space, two TVs, one DVD/VCR combo player, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size stackable washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Great location

This apartment was only steps from the beach. We loved the location. We were on the third floor with no elevator, so it's difficult for those guests with knee and ankle problems. We did not use the moldy pillows in the one bedroom and carpets in the bedrooms were dingy and dirty. This place could use an update, but location made it very convenient for my family to enjoy the OC beach.
