Stay in our beautiful villa at the brand-new Windsor Cay Resort, perfect for families and groups seeking comfort, safety, and fun in Orlando. The home sleeps up to 12 guests and features 5 bedrooms — including two themed rooms — a private heated pool*, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and fast Wi-Fi. Located just 20 minutes from Disney, with easy access to Universal, SeaWorld, and outlet shopping.
The open living area features a spacious living room with Smart TV and direct access to the pool area, ideal for relaxing after a day at the parks. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, perfect for family meals, along with a large dining table and breakfast bar. Guests also enjoy a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus unlimited high-speed internet.

Prime location: Disney (20 min), SeaWorld (20 min), Universal (30 min), Walmart and Publix (10 min), outlets (20 min), Daytona Beach (83 miles), Clearwater Beach (87 miles).

Pets are welcome: $50 fee per pet
(maximum of 3 pets up to 33 lbs each; please inquire for pets over this limit)
Pool heating: $35 per day (minimum 3 days) + tax
BBQ grill: $80 per stay (includes one propane tank + cleaning)
