Located on the second floor, this unit offers a bit of added privacy and quiet (just one short flight of stairs). Inside, you'll find a bright, open layout with all the comforts of home, perfect for families, couples, or a relaxing girls’ getaway. Enjoy all the perks of Kingston Plantation, including beach access, dining, and resort amenities—just minutes from shopping, golf, and entertainment. While resort amenities aren’t included, you’ll still enjoy easy beach access and a prime location close to shopping, restaurants, golf, and all the best of Myrtle Beach.

Great vacation spot inside the Kingston Plantation. Short walk to the beach, and a couple restaurants. The condo was clean and plenty of room.

This place is exactly as advertised. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very central to everything in MB. Walmart is 5 mins up the road. Condo is super quiet. Love the gated community. We highly recommend this place.

This property was one of the best we have stayed in at Kingston Plantation. Kitchen fully stocked, clean, new patio furniture, great location! Rugs are a little old, but overall very pleased with the place. I had never dealt with ITRIP before, but they were very accommodating. Great experience overall/

The location was perfect . Updates needed . The cleanliness was average the listed listed a blow dryer the blow dryer was very sticky and dirty . I was advised to call maintenance by host and no response from maintenance . I had to go out a purchase a blow dryer . Carpet looked dirty . I suggest calling pest control as we saw two roches . I was unable to replay this to the host iTrip as check out is 10:00 am and they are closed until 11:00 am so I had to use the drop box .

We’re glad you enjoyed the location — it’s one of the best parts of this property! However, we were surprised by this review, as we received no text messages (or even voicemails) during your stay. Our check-in materials note clearly — and multiple times — that texting is the only way to reach our maintenance team for assistance. Had we received a message, we could have immediately replaced the blow dryer or addressed any other concern while you were here. The carpets are professionally cleaned in the off season and the property is serviced quarterly by a licensed pest control company. Per previous communication, our guest services team is available by phone from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and our maintenance team is available during the same hours via text for any issues that need to be reported. We’re always happy to help, but timely communication — and following the directions provided — is essential to ensuring guests have the best possible experience during their stay.

Windermere by the sea at Kingston Plantation

Needs a bit of a refresh in the bathroom tubs and shower stall. Other than that, nice furniture and mostly clean. Carpet needs updating. Feels old and rough under your feet. Good location, although online pics make it look closer to water park at Kingston. VRBO or ITrip should tell renters they are not allowed to use Kingston Plantation pool or waterpark unless rented through KP

Great Condo!

Love the Condo! I absolutely wish you would keep a record of good renters and not have to come back to sign papers if you are closed when picking up keys. I come twice a year and like staying at the same place. No kids ever! My husband and I one of the times and My Mother and sister the other. The person who cleans the condo does a great job and leaves the extras there for next renters which is a really nice surprise. ( laundry detergent, salt & pepper etc). Love Kingston Plantation!!

Yearly Trip to Myrtle

Just returned from our Yearly Family Vacation at Kingston Plantation and we had a great time. The construction at Embassy Suites made things a little difficult, but that had nothing to do with ITRIPS or the unit we rented. We stayed at Windemere 6F this year and everything was wonderful. We stayed in this same unit 3 years ago also and requested it again this year. ITRIPS was very responsive to a question about internet access the day of arrival and also to an Air Conditioning issue the day before we left, they had a technician there within an hour. We were there for two weeks and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great stay with very minor gripes

I wish I could grade this property between four and five stars because it’s certainly better than four, but not quite five. I had requested to check in a bit earlier than the 4 PM window but was told that it probably couldn’t be accommodated because the unit was being rented the week before our arrival and needed to be cleaned and inspected. Completely understandable and certainly nothing that I could deduct points over. To my surprise, on check in day, I received an text at about 1:30 letting me know the unit was ready. Arrived the the office, (which is located right next to Food Lion) I spent about 2 minutes tops inside and was on my way to the unit. The unit itself was exactly as described in the photos so there were no surprises. I have stayed at 3 other properties inside Kingston Plantation and had good experiences but the locations were not as good as this one I can’t find anything to complain about here as you are only a thirty second walk from the beach. The unit seemed clean for the most part, with a few spots that looked like they were missed by the clean up crew. The screened in deck seemed to be forgotten about , and while I could imagine it’s just about impossible to get rid of the sand, no matter how hard someone tries, there still seemed to be an excessive amount that we cleaned. The furniture as has been mentioned by other reviewers seems to have seen better days, but it didn’t stop us from sitting out there each morning having some coffee or breakfast. The table and chairs could have used a wipe down by someone other than me or my wife. The kitchen had all of the silverware and pans/pots that we needed. The dishwater, stove and fridge all seemed to be in perfectly good working order. Complaints in the kitchen would be that there were only two dish towels in the unit and the sink didn’t seem to have great pressure but still enough to clean dishes before they went into the dishwasher. The toaster also works but doesn’t seem to do a great job. The bathrooms were good, the showers had good pressure with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer were also in good order. The beds in the front bedroom weren’t the most comfortable, but they weren’t the least either and nobody lost sleep using them. All in all, a great unit in an even better location. None of the complaints listed above rose to the level of needing to make a call to the manager in my eyes and I enthusiastically recommend this unit.

Great Condo!

We loved the condo. It has everything you could possibly need. One suggestion. I would love it if you could leave beach chairs there instead of buying them everytime we come down. I go twice a year and spend $100 just on chairs and have to give them away. I love that the extra stuff stays from others and I leave my extra like tp, dish soap and laundry detergent etc. Very easy to book and accommodating. We are going again in September. Same place! Thank you !!!

We had a great time at Windermere by the sea! We have stayed at Kingston plantation multiple Times, but have always stayed at the Margate. I definitely have a new favorite place. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the beach. Our boys loved the screened in back porch. We can’t wait to go back!

We have been staying at Windermere by the Sea for the past 4 years for our annual golf and shopping vacation, but the first time at 6F. We felt very comfortable while we were staying here. Loved the LG appliances in the kitchen. We just love the location as it is just a quick 5 min walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to the Tanger Outlets. Check in was very easy, but I agree with others that I wish they would use a lock box to return the keys on the property as we had to add additional time to our departure to return the keys. We hope to rebook 6F again next September once we know our dates.

Only minutes from the Beach!!!!

This has been our family of six, second year to stay here. My husband and I, 2 teenagers and 2 younger ones love this place. Full kitchen, where we made our breakfast every morning, front porch to enjoy coffee, loved that this unit has 2 full bathrooms so the kids have their own. Washer and dryer was used a lot with going to the beach every day required lots of showers and clean beach towels. Beds slept good. The only disadvantage was that you have to pick up the keys at a complete different location then return them there again upon check out which was alittle inconvenient for us since we needed a late check in (after hours) All that to say, we would definitely stay again. Just wish they would consider a lock with a code for easier check in!

Our stay at Windermere 6F was amazing! The condo was beautiful...I especially loved the screened in porch...morning or evening it was wonderful....the only complaint I have is the toilet....I think you need to consider upgrading to a taller one...we also needed a broom because of the sand...I texted the cleaning service and the next morning we had one...something of this nature should be left in the room to use....it was an amazing vacation...Kingston Plantation never lets us down...we have been staying there for over 10 years and love it...the safety,, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful condos....we will continue to come back , year after year....

Everything from booking, to checking in was a breeze! The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, and every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay the best!
