This custom built home is designed with every detail in mind, featuring a spacious open layout, a sleek modern kitchen, and thoughtfully curated spaces for entertainment and comfort. Step outside to your private boat dock, where the tranquil lake awaits for boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the serene views.

Neighborhood is gated. Instructions will be sent on how to enter the community. There is a beach, boat launch (x2), tennis court, basketball court, pavillion, walking trails.

Cancellation policy is STRICT - Outside 60 days full refund is available, inside 60 days no refund is available.

Outside of cancellation policy 3% of total booking fee is a non refundable.

A beautiful home with plenty of room for our Christmas family gathering. Our host was very quick with answers to my questions! Kitchen was well stocked but my one suggestion would be to have a second refrigerator. It definitely fills up fast with a 6 bedroom home. The fire pit was great for the cold evenings for sure. Would definitely rent again!
