Just steps from the beach, this classic waterfront retreat blends comfort, space, and unbeatable scenery for your perfect Cape Cod getaway.

Inside, the cottage features two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, plus a sleeping loft with two twin beds and a futon in the living room—ideal for extended family or kids. The open-concept living area includes sliding glass doors that lead directly to a private deck, perfect for sunset watching or casual seaside dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and even a lobster pot for a traditional New England feast. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the cottage, and ceiling and standard fans keep the air fresh and breezy.

After a day on the sand, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and unwind on the level yard or private deck. Located just off Shore Road, this peaceful property offers quick access to Provincetown—hop on the nearby shuttle to enjoy dining, shopping, galleries, or a night out in town.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Spartina for 4 years now and it is always fantastic. The location can't be beat - you literally step onto the bay side sand. The cottage is well kept and has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

A very nice week in a great location especially for young kids.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our previous visit to this cottage was fantastic.HOWEVER THIS VISIT HAS FALLEN QUITE SHORT. Below is just a partial list of issues we encountered. 1. First bedroom - pillow cases/sham and comforter were dirty stained and covered with a white powder to cover up the odor. The mattress protector was also dirty and stained. We were able to wash the mattress protector in washer/dryer before we put the rented linens on.2. Second bedroom - had a similar issue but with dog or cat hair all over the comforter. Not supposed to allow pets here! This needed washing too but comforters wouldn't fit in washing machine.3. Washing machine had dirty kitchen towels in it. We re-washed those as well. 4. Dish washer has a large amount of mold or hair in it. Not usable as it is. We hand washed all dishes before use. Upon arrival we spent a considerable amount of time cleaning the kitchen counters and microwave. Disgusting. The gas grill was nearly empty.We provided pictures to the agency On the plus side the rental agency was quick to respond. They had a new gas tank delivered to us and also refunded $175 for the inconvenience. The location and beach is great.After spending $4000 for a week here, taking an early flight into Boston and long drive to the cottage in a rental car, cleaning is not the way to start a vacation. Instead of a measly $175 I would have preferred they send someone out to properly clean this cottage for us, bring clean comforters and pillow shams. This cottage was not prepared for the new season. It was Disgusting. We will not stay here again. We are making arrangements at another cottage nearby for next year.

Nice spot near the bay in Truro

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week with grandchildren. Good neighbors, lots of room for them to play in sand just outside, and walking distance from the water. However, it was very hot. It should have fans in every room as well as one in the loft since the cottage is not air conditioned.
