Enjoy the comfortably-appointed interior with vaulted ceilings and architectural details. Main floor with open living/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with gas range, full bath with tub/shower. (Note: fireplace not for tenant use.)
Bedroom one has a queen, bedroom two has two twins. Den with drafting desk, chairs, flat screen TV and washer/dryer. Bathroom with shower off den. Open, private staircase leads from den to bedroom three--a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed.
Air conditioning: Two ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the second floor primary bedroom and one in the living room.
Amenities include air conditioning, unenclosed outdoor shower, WiFi, dishwasher, charcoal grill and washer/dryer.
Short drive to all Truro has to offer including wonderful restaurants, adventure at the Cape Cod National Seashore, golf at Highland Links, tours of Highland Lighthouse and Truro Vineyards and live music at Payomet Performing Arts. Head into Provincetown for even more restaurants, galleries, shops, live entertainment and fun on the water including fishing charters and whale watches.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
