About this property

Comfortable and private one level Wellfleet home. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and plenty of glass give the feeling of spaciousness and light to the living room, dining and kitchen areas. A new flat screen TV in the living room is a nice update. The large wrap around deck off the living room is a quiet and private space to enjoy the outdoors. It's located in a nice private area within walking distance to beaches on Lieutenant Island. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Great location!

Great spot - Easy access to all of the beauty and amenities that Wellfleet has to offer, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Set apart from other houses in the area, has a nice secluded feel. Check-in and check-out was simple and super-straightforward. One critique is that we all found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. Might just be our personal preferences?? - but I wonder if they could use upgrading.

Delightful

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home. We typically stay closer to town, and really enjoyed the location. We love the layout of the house, the deck, and wonderful shower. The house had everything we needed and fortunately the weather was, but I can imagine it gets very hot without an air conditioner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house that we stayed in and found it clean and well stocked. The only thing about this location is there is a lack of privacy because of the houses on all sides, and lack of screening. This plus the plastic porch furnishings made sitting outside less appealing. Overall, the area is a lovely place to take walks and the house was spacious.
